List of Create Wellness, Dr. Roya Nikzad's Reviews
Meeting Dr. Nikzad has been a huge blessing in my healing journey. NAET is an exceptional modality for balancing the body and even for emotional challenges, and both the functional medicine and acupuncture have been incredibly helpful. The years of support I have received from her and her wonderful staff have helped me to come back to life after a long struggle. I found the light at the end of the tunnel. I will always be grateful!
Es la mejor decisión q he tomado en toda mi vida! He comenzado el tratamiento, y ahora comienzo a sentirme de maravilla.. GRACIAS DRA. ROYA!
Dr. Roya has helped me with very many issues! She is very intuitive and intelligent about finding the solutions for problems. I originally went to her because I read NAET could help prevent loss of hair. I went to her for that and it really helped! I didn't lose anymore hair and I think some regrew. That was 10 years ago and still my hair is about the same, no more loss. I also went to Dr. Roya for some digestive system trouble I was having. She did treatments on me and recommended certain supplements. It really did help and improve my stomach from a bad situation. I have gone to Dr. Roya for other things and I am very thankful she is in business. Thank you!
Dr. Nikzad is a truly caring functional medicine doctor who worked with me to help my body become more resilient against years of allergic reactions to foods and fabrics. Due to eliminating most foods from my diet, I was losing way too weight. My skin is scarred from so much itching (eczema). I had to use emergency services twice for life-threatening asthma attacks. I brought my own food to eat when family or friends wanted me to dine out with them and travel was out of the question. Through Dr. Nikzad's therapy and guidance, my health is being restored. Acupuncturist, Masha is a breath of fresh air and tailors her therapy to Dr. Nikzad's recommendations and my needs at each session. The Create Wellness staff, Michelle & Sonya are also truly caring and welcoming. I appreciate them so much! My weight has stabilized, my skin is healing, and my asthma is goneI My husband and I are now planning to travel.
I've been seeing Dr. Roya for a year and a half now. A few days postpartum, I had a lot of health issues relating to gut, skin, thyroid, +. After visits to my allergist, dermatologist, and even two emergency trips to the ER and URGENT care, no one was able to help me. My problems were either undiagnosed or fed prescriptions and offered random care because I looked like "their other patients." It was frustrating. After a family member had been cured by Dr. Roya years ago, her business was referred to me. Although it being more expensive and not covered by insurance, I was desperate for answers that I'd be waiting years for (after seeing and spending $$$ to an allergist, multiple dermatologists, an ear nose throat specialist, etc). Dr. Roya was able to get to the root cause of my inflammation. Honestly, I thought Dr. Roya's NAET treatments were weird at first and sometimes I still am confused on how it works, but it's worked for me. I've spent probably close to $20,000 on packages, NAET, blood tests, laser, and acupuncture (and supplements). Expensive, but health is priceless. I've gained my life back. I followed Dr. Roya's advice on diet, blood tests, supplements, and in trusting the process. For half the time, I saw Dr. Jared Taylor at her office for most of my appointments. I was expecting her and requested her to see me at the beginning, but my care was switched to Dr. Taylor without warning. I was upset at this change and without notice, but I honestly ended up really enjoying the care that Dr. Taylor gave me. He was super patient, and took the time to understand my needs/explain things to me; whereas Dr. Roya was a little more rushed. I saw them 3 times a week for a few months, and then 2x, and then 1x. Dr. Taylor left after a few months, so I started seeing Dr. Roya again. I did end up telling her my concerns and how I felt with certain care, and she apologized so I do appreciate that. She has always tried to make things right and wants to make sure her patients are happy, so I do acknowledge that. Now I'm able to take breaks from seeing them as I enjoy my life again, go on trips, or skip if I have work obligations, etc. My health used to have a chokehold on me, on my life, on caring for my new baby. But I now have the FLEXIBILITY to go when I want. For 8 months postpartum, I could barely take care of my son without feeling pain. It took a lot of emotional and mental strength to push through, especially the diet. It took physical strength to push through the pain. But I did it. I still struggle with my skin, and that's understandable knowing how much toxic overload and buildup I've had for years, but Dr. Roya/Create Wellness has given me hope, knowledge, and a future. I feel confident or at least have hope that throughout my next pregnancies, I'll be taken care of. Thank you Dr. Roya for all your help. You know how much you mean to me. Although these people are no longer with Create Wellness, I just want to acknowledge the care from these special people who also played a part in helping me heal; Dr. Jared Taylor, Acupuncturist James Verdi, Acupuncturist Alex, Acupuncturist Masha. They also took the time to listen to my needs, make me feel heard, and took the time to answer all my questions, educate me further. I hope this can help someone else. Don't give up hope.

I’m so happy for everyone else that this has worked for, unfortunately for my husband it did not. He was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and he didn’t want to take the prescription the doctor suggested for the rest of his life, so we started researching more natural ways to do things and came across Create Wellness. While Dr. Nikzad is very kind, the office is clean and rest of the staff is nice, unfortunately nothing she tried helped him. He took countless hours off of work to travel to her office because she has very limited working hours, and after more than 6 months he saw no improvement at all. Unfortunately we wasted over $7,000 because we were led to believe that buying the treatment package upfront was the best way to go, and since insurance didn’t cover it, we spent the money on a credit card out of desperation for him to feel better. After spending almost all the money in the “package” with no results, the only suggestion was to keep coming back for more treatment. I understand healing doesn’t happen overnight, but after six months, multiple supplements, treatments etc, and A LOT of time and money spent, we were incredibly disappointed with the results. I have since devoted my time and effort into researching other supplements for my husband and he has less symptoms and feels better now than he ever has. So while I appreciate the kindness of the staff, this was the biggest waste of time and money for my family.

I visited Create Wellness in San Diego for a stubborn cough and underwent a special respiratory treatment with Dr. Roya. Her office was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was overwhelmingly positive. Dr. Roya was diligent and explained the treatment clearly, making me comfortable throughout the treatment. My breathing improved, and my cough lessened by the next day. I highly recommend Dr. Roya at Create Wellness for her effective treatment and professional care.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
