Office staff especially the one staff working with me difficult to understand and she kept saying ok ok ok like I was a child not a bit helpful. Not a good representive of Dr Coden.

I've had a cataract surgery on both eyes with the surgeon Dr Coden about couple months ago. He was very caring and informative during the consultation and during the procedures and the follow ups. Dr. Coden provided detailed information about the entire procedure. The surgery on both eyes went great and I'd like to thank Dr. Coden for his professionalism and great results. I do not need glasses anymore and my vision is excellent. I'd definitely recommend to anyone who needs a cataract surgery to consult and get it done by Dr Coden. Hagit .Z.

My eyes were red, sensitive to light and tender to the touch. After receiving several prescriptions of steroid drops and returning many times to Dr. Coden, he gave up and said he could not help me. The NEXT Ophthalmologist suspected it may be related to an autoimmune disorder and he was RIGHT. The Rheumatologist confirmed Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS). One of the symptoms of that disease is recurring Iritis/Uveitis. Dr. Cohen should familiarized himself with AS and learn to refer patients when he sees Iritis/Uveitis not resolving.

During my 2018 or thereabouts, I had been complaining about the left eye getting red and feeling irritated a lot where I had been self medicating with an older eye antibiotic . When we had our appointment I requested an antibiotic to use randomly when the left eye red flare up would happen helped. He gave me an antibiotic and also a steroid drop. I went for my check up last year and my eye was still a bother. Long story short, my left eye interior lower lid had a Basal Cell Carcinoma aka Cancer, and in February the cancer on the lower was removed and the eye lid was reconstructed. I had one of the best Occularplasty surgeonsin the country do the eye lid reconstruction. My question is why did Dr Coden not spend some time trying to figure out why the eye was frequently getting red and irritated...he just gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and a steroid drops..I need my eyes checked cuz of a lot of changes with my vision but I’m not going to return to Dr Coden for my eye exam.

I was chicken to get corrective surgery...but Dr. Coden always gives me an accurate exam form my glasses and contacts. Extremely professional office staff. I am a return patient.

Dr. Coden made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything clearly, he was thorough and answered all my questions. Parking is a nightmare but since it's in a large complex, that's not surprising.
