As a new patient I am very satisfied with Dr. Hiser and his staff. The front desk young man and the assistant were polite and professional. Dr Hiser is a very warm, kind and personalized doctor. He communicated with me very well and processed my requests promptly.

I have been visiting Dr. Hiser for years. He treats you like a friend, has genuine concern and compassion for his patients, is thorough, knowledge, and experienced, and unlike many MD.s, you are treated like an adult.

He just disappeared, apparently he had a feud with his partners at Encompass and left his practice and patients without notice. If a feud with his partners is the reason I think that is unprofessional !! Very surprised because he was a good MD.

Dr. Hiser is a super nice guy. Friendly and helpful. Explains all the possible diagnosis and narrows them down to the one he thinks is right. His staff is terrible, I had to call so many times for them to send me my routine blood reports, too nearly 2 months. Too bad my insurance has changed and I cant go back to Dr. Hiser.
