Darius A Schneider's Online Review Report Card

I have been searching for a long time for someone who is highly knowledgeable in endocrinology. After my experience with Doctor Schneider, I truly believe that it was fate for our paths to cross. He has been the only doctor that knew exactly what I needed to feel normal again and for my health to get back to where it should be. It was such a huge relief that I felt after speaking to him the very first time I met him because he helped me to understand things that I didn't know about my rare condition. He is THE BEST & He is highly educated from some of the top universities in the world. I feel completely confident in his knowledge and skills. The staff at "Diabetes and Endocrine Associates" was beyond accommodating and made me feel as if I finally had a group of allies on my side. They are cordial and professional. I just can't express how grateful I am for Doctor Schneider and his team and want to ensure that the whole world knows it! If you have the opportunity to see him, PLEASE DO!!

The doctor is great, however there are competency issues with the billing department and the staff.  I was a patient of dr Einhorn's before and he was wonderful and so was his staff. Dr Schneider is very efficient and knowledgeable, which I appreciate. However, his staff books appointments right on top of each other so you are waiting for an hour every time. Then he says he can book at video conference then the office doesn't explain how to get it done, nor is able to do that. I set up an online profile, but they don't answer messages there.  I called back (after leaving a message the week before without a call back) and they told me I wasn't covered under my plan which was "covered California" however I am not covered California. I tried to explain that, but she was really rude with me and told I am not in network. I called my insurance provider to verify and I was correct. All they had to do was look at my account and they could have seen that my bill was in network, but they they didn't do that. Their billing department needs to get it together and bill correctly.

Love Dr Schneider. He is a great doctor and I am happy to finally have someone who can do RFA. He is really great once you get to know him. His as amazing expertise and knows what he is talking about. Glad to call him my Endo of choice.

Dr. Schneiders is so kind, knowledgeable andaccommodating! He's  so unbelievablyquick with responses and handles every question withsuch care. If you don't like your provider, come to Dr.Johnson, he will not disappoint in the slightest.

Dr. Schneider lacks patient skills and compassion. He spent barely 6 minutes with me at our first visit, after letting me wait for 45 minutes in his patient room, while browsing on his cell phone the adjacent room in view. He was rude to his staff and he never called me back after my blood work results arrived. Absolutely the most horrible experience I have ever had. My insurance should not have paid him.

Dr Schneider may have excellent credentials, but, he certainly lacks good patients skills. Unfortunately, he had huge shoes to fill, with the retirement of Dr Einhorn. I have waited and waited to hear back from him, with the results of my blood work. I have called the office several times.... In my many years with Dr Einhorn, I always received speedy bloodwork results, and, I was always treated with warmth, and, caring, something that Dr Schneider greatly lacks. Unfortunately, I am forced to find another Dr with excellent credentials, experience, and, good patient skills.... One who follows up and cares.

Agreed with all previous reviews. He maybe the smartest one but I chose another doctor that more caring to their patients. Totally agreed the way he interacted with his staff. Another thing is the front desk lady also not friendly too.

Very disappointed!! This was my first visit with Dr. Schneider and it will be my last. I found it quite rude and unprofessional the way he treated his staff and patients. I waited in his examination room for 50 minutes with the door open, while Dr. Schneider was sitting in his office next door browsing on his cell phone. During my wait his next patient arrived and was also waiting in the waiting area next to his office, while he was still in his office on his phone and not with a patient. Once he came in to see me he rushed the exam through in a total of 6 minutes. He told me to get my bloodwork done and sent me off. After my results got back I never received a call from the office to review my results, which is customary. Also, while at the office I observed him interact with his staff and I have to say it wasn’t the kindest interaction. Horrible!

Probably a good technologist but VERY poor patient relations. Doesn't listen, doesn't answer specific questions, does not care about waisting a patient's time.
