Dr. Gonzales is the Man. I have a sever skin disorder that requires a very costly medication that insurance does not want to cover. He jumped through hoops to make it happen at a very affordable copay. He's always friendly and professional. Completely recommend.

I went for a general skin check up and mole removal with Dr. Darrell Gonzales. He seemed knowledgable, but it felt rushed, like he wasn't concerned to get to know me or to hear out my worries. During our check-up I was struck with a feeling of being unheard and objectified. I left feeling like a checklist item. I presume he is more accustomed to doing botox or cosmetic care and is excellent at that! From his reviews, I assumed he would be really good and hold the benefit of the doubt that i had a one-off experience, but I do not plan on going back to him.

After being rescheduled and waiting a month for an appointment they called me 20 minutes before my appointment at 7:40 am for my 8:00 am appointment and canceled! The reason was they accidently did not slot me enough time for the appointment. They booked the appointment, not me and I lost 2.5 hours of pay at work. Once I finally went into my rescheduled appointment I asked at the very least to not charge me for the co-pay. They laughed at at me and were very rude. If you want an office that respects your time this isn't the place. Very unprofessional staff.

Not even seeing the Doctor after speaking with the front desk. Rude lady on the phone. Not answering any question regarding the consultation fee. I hate how this industry works.

Dr. Gonzales is awesome! I went to him a few months back for Hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating) injections in my underarms. He was very kind and explained the procedure thoroughly. I love that he has a great sense of humor as well.

So dissatisfied with my husband's post-surgery care. No return call from Dr Gonzalez's office after repeated voicemails re an infection etc. Granted it was over the Thanksgiving holiday but no excuse for no after-hour emergency call number offered on their regular voicemail. Finally received a call on Monday, the doctor recommended a topical antibiotic cream and just now received a call, 24+ hrs later, that the cream was called into the pharmacy. Seriously?
