After my six weeks on Dr. Lauren's program I have not only lost almost 20 pounds but I am on my way to metabolic health. I came to this program with pre-diabetes and other health issues like inflammation and high blood pressure and just aches and pains that I thought were things I had to accept. Her program not only educated me how, gave me the plan to be successful to get metabolically healthy, but educated me on why! I now know what carbs do to my body. I feel great!!! I don't miss my old lifestyle and even my husband has lost 30 pounds!! :) I'm looking forward to retirement in a few years able to do things I could not have done without getting healthy. I thank you Dr. Lauren for your program. You were with me every step without judgement and always available when I needed you. I still have more weight to lose, but I have the tools and education to make it all the way in my new lifestyle. THANK YOU!

I signed up for Lauren’s services along with my wife. As such, I knew very little of what to expect (my wife did all of the research on this) and was happily surprised to be brought into the Keto world by someone with such depth of knowledge, not only in the proper, long-term approach to keto but the means to make it a lifestyle change and the logic of doing so. Lauren helped to monitor my food intake so that I can easily gauge what I am eating both in quantity and quality without heavy reliance on an app or other resources. Having already attained my target weigh, I now feel confident in my ability to make this a long-term lifestyle change. She really helped me see how easy this diet/lifestyle can be and the benefits are amazing. I will say, the first few weeks are the most challenging and without Lauren’s help, would have been impossible.

Where to begin? My keto journey has been particularly challenging for me and if it were not for the guiding hand of Lauren, I know I would not be as successful as I am to date. Lauren excels as a teacher in this field explaining things in way that makes sense and is easily understood. She responds to questions thoroughly and with follow up in a very timely manner. I truly get the sense that she cares about my personal wellbeing and success on this journey as she constantly goes above and beyond to help me.

Lauren was incredible and my experience with her teaching me all about keto was life changing. She is INCREDIBLY knowledgable about the science of it all, stays on top of all of it and has clinical experience. That is what I wanted in my nutritionist personally as I felt like in a time and age where there are so many trends, you really want to get beyond the smoke and mirrors of rhetoric. She has a concierge like service that sets you up for success because she is available at a the flip of a text which I found incredibly helpful as you don't have to wait for a week to get guidance from someone- you can make a decision in a moments notice. I love the keto lifestyle and it has changed my relationship with how I look at my food. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Dr. Lauren Weiss knows her stuff on nutrition, exercise and has a specialty in KETO. She has consulted with me on several subjects and has a refreshing, and keeps current on health and fitness.
