If this is Dr. Brewster Goesh she is the worst!! She tried to fix with 4 sessions after 15K 2 surgeries and she could not fix it.

Dr. Hector Salazar was simply amazing! Everyone at the La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Center was so attentive. They have thought of every detail to make the patient feel the upmost confidence in the procedure you are having done. From the moment you walk in for your first appointment you know you chose the best. I highly recommend La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Center.

Came in for a consult with my boyfriend. Felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I am a 27 y.o female and was getting a consult on chicken pox scars and botox… I was curious about the potential harmful side effects of botox before I committed to it as well as options for scar revision. I’ve seen horror stories of dropping eyebrows etc and long term up keep with botox so I wanted professional advice before I committed to it as I do not necessarily “need it” … When I expressed my concerns to the nurse that was consulting me , she was very condescending. She stated there are 0 potential side effects or long term risk factors but made it a point to point out that my “eyebrows are uneven and droop” which was irrelevant to my question about harmful side effects…She essentially said “you’re wrong and your face isn’t symmetrical but don’t worry i can fix it” … Almost felt like she was insecure because she has botox? I’m not sure…The point of my consult was mainly for scaring and wrinkle prevention… not fixing my eyebrows . But she seemed to have no issue holding back on unsolicited advice in pointing out flaws in my face. I am a health care worker myself and have never experienced this kind of treatment before. Very condescending and a lot of “mean girl” energy. I would say go somewhere else or maybe see a different rep than Nurse Lauren when you go in. She could have been envious but I try not to assume…I also would like to note I have plenty of family and friends who have had cosmetic work and have never been treated this way. My boyfriend and I both agreed if I went with this spa that they would have purposely done something wrong…. Very weird experience. 0/10 recommendation.

Well new experience here has left a bad taste in my mouth. Hate to leave a bad review because I love the med spa and I already left a not great reviews previously that I redacted because when they contacted me about it I felt very valued as a customer. However I had a surgery consult at 230. I have to get my son from school at 430 in Oceanside. They told me to expect to be at the office for 45 mins. Ok assume 1 hour for consult and 1 hour to get back to Oceanside. I arrived at 220 and by 303 no one had seen me. No one even acknowledged me after check in until I pushed the door open to leave. So I made a trip for nothing . To add more insult a few mins after I showed up someone checked in for a 230 appointment and was given parking validation immediately and also was leaving the office just as I was. Someone's whole entire appointment was done before anyone decided to see me and no offer for validation towards me. I will definitely not consider a surgery here. I don't expect my review to deter anyone else with all the 5 star reviews however take my advice and make sure you have double the time they say you will be here so you don't end up with my frustration

Exceptional medical care and professionalism. I had the best possible experience and outcome. Very thankful for the skilled care of Dr Swistun and his excellent team.

I supplied him with several earlier photos and stressed how I wanted my oval-shaped face back and to look refreshed. I thought I would be fine with just a Mini Facelift and no other work, but I trusted his recommendation and went with both a Traditional Facelift and a Neck Lift. Dr. Salazar is a genius! He knew exactly what was needed in order to give me the best results. He listened and he understood my concerns. My husband and I are in such awe of the results. It is magical watching the transformation. And the pain? What pain? The meds they prescribed managed anything I would have felt, and I only took the pain meds for the first 36-hours, and just rested. That is how easy this procedure was. You get yourself a reliable person who will be with you for the first 48-hours, keep you on your meds at the right time, keep you filled with electrolyte fluids and protein shakes, and you will be fine! One last thing that was very comforting is Carmen. She is Dr. Salazar’s assistant and understands the pre and post-healing process. I texted Carmen several times a day with questions, and she answered me right away. If needed, she would contact Dr. Salazar. She was my virtual Fairy God Mother through that initial healing process and beyond. So have no fear. Dr. Salazar, Carmen, you and your support person will work as a team and you will get through it!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Brahme. I had previously went to see another surgeon that was recommended by a friend and I didn’t like him or his practice. I felt like a number not a person. Then I went to see Dr Brahme who was also recommended by another friend and he restored my faith in physicians who actually care. I would highly recommend him and his team anytime
