This is my second time at La Jolla vein care, the first was for consultation in the second was for the first procedure. I have to say that the staff we’re super professional and very nice and helpful. Dr. fogie was very conscientious about my feelings during the procedure. He talks to you the whole time to make you feel relaxed although it wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. I’m glad I found this place and Dr. fogie and definitely will recommend it to many people.

The staff kept you informed as to when you would be seen and the wait was not too long. Emily took care of my ultrasound and was very accommodating giving me an extra pillow and playing a video to watch. The office is very courteous and professional- Nadia answered our questions and offered us a bottle of water. I have been seeing Dr. Bunke, but now Dr. Lucas and will continue coming to La Jolla Vein Care!

My pregnant daughter with good insurance, had sudden swelling and pain in ONE entire leg (from hip to foot) at 6 months. After going to to Poway Hospital emergency room she was sent home with a diagnosis of no blood clots from ER. OB doctor visit resulted in no concern and she was given a piece of paper with a doctors office info and that office had closed down. From across the country, I found Dr. Nisha Bunke and Lahoya Vein Care abs called their office on a Thursday. Three critical days with escalating symptoms had gone by with no treatment by now. Lahoya Vein Care was kind and immediately concerned and agreed to see her that same day where they diagnosed her with multiple life threatening blood clots. They are a busy office and she is one of, if not the top vascular doctor in the county and still took the time to see my daughter. She saved my daughter and her babies life.

Top notch staff and doctors. Very professional and friendly. Spent the time needed to explain everything to me and the doctor even called me back right away the next day when I had another question. I'm waiting for insurance approval right now so I haven't had the treatment yet, but very pleased with my choice so far.
