If you have never been here, keep scrolling and find another Doctor. I've been a patient here for several years and have never met Dr Rhodes. I recently booked an appointment to get some tests done. After going in for the appointment, and paying my copay, I was informed that the Doctor on call could not perform the tests today but that they would do a checkup. Ok fine. I came back a few weeks later for the tests, and on my way out of the office they demanded another copay for that appointment. I was taken off guard but agreed to pay it. When my test results were ultimately ready, they refused to share the results with me unless I paid for another appointment, or signed a waiver indicating that I would not be able to speak a doctor if I had questions regarding the results. After a formal demand, they finally provided the results, which showed everything was normal. They wanted to charge me to provide me normal results for tests that I had already paid for! These people are unbelievable. I strongly suggest you find another office to work with. Note: I would give 1 star but YELP usually filters those. I gave 2 so that hopefully people can see this review

I seriously love being a patient here. Dawn is incredible and I couldn’t be more grateful she is my doctor! Sadly my insurance doesn’t cover going here but I gladly pay out of pocket. I feel supported, respected and well taken care of. If you were like me in the past and struggled with finding a doctors office that cared even the slightest.. be sure to give this place a chance. They have been wonderful through every visit.. even considering the pandemic

Dawn is the absolute best!!! I have been going here for several years and they always take great care of me. This is the place to go if you want a family clinic feel with personalized compassionate care. Highly recommend!!

"Dr Leila" never appears, she must hate patients, she is the rudest person over the phone and her staff is horrible!

I really didn't want to have to write this review but they give me no choice.First the good news: Dawn, P.A., is a solid 5 stars. Patient, competent, attentive, listens, provides feedback. Front office has been very good in the past. Dr. Rhodes - I haven't seen her as much - is good.But the past few months something has been amiss. Sometimes no one answers the phone, and messages aren't responded to for days if at all. Sometimes the person calling back is very curt.This lack of response has now spilled over into testing. I went through Dr. Rhodes' office to order a test that has to be done via a testing lab. The sample kit is sent to the patient by mail. Long story short, Dr. Rhodes' office didn't order the test kit. I had to call the testing lab, then call Dr. Rhodes' office again (and have the testing lab also call), to get someone in Dr. Rhodes' office to actually place the order. Then something similar happened after the results were in. Dr. Rhodes' office never called me to let me know that they were in. Again, I had to find out by calling the testing company to ask when they were going to send the results to Dr. Rhodes' office. I found out they had sent them in two weeks before!So I called Dr. Rhodes' office. They didn't know whether or not they had received the results. I asked them to simply send me the results by email or mail when they located them. But they said I have to have a consultation to get the results. If they locate them. So now I'm hoping they call me back as they promised (they don't always do so). The really aggravating thing through all this was that Dr. Rhodes' office kept trying to blame me, blame the lab, blame whoever, instead of accepting responsibility. And there wasn't anything like "gee, we're sorry" or any feeling that they really cared one way or the other if a patient got the results or not. It was like dealing with a sales office, not a medical office. Very disappointing.This laid-back, ho-hum approach is not suitable for a medical office, where people's health and possibly their lives depend on reliability and professionalism.

I don't get all the bad reviews. My husband and I have been going to this office for a few years now. Yes, we most often see Dawn Hinkle, PA. She is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We can always trust her to treat our health issues or direct us to the appropriate providers for treatments. The wait time is never long. This is what doctor's offices used to be like.

My husband and I have been going here for several years now and we absolutely love it!!!!!! Dawn Hinkle, PA spends time with us and she is always so pleasant and cheerful: even though we all know she has patients waiting and needs to keep moving!!! But she never rushes her patients and listens to them all, just as these other reviews state. She is super knowledgeable! She doesn't have to second guess anything! SHE IS ON IT!!!! I have heard multiple times patients passing through the waiting area to leave stating what a wonderful experience they had as well and love the staff. The MA's, nurses, receptionists all are wonderful. I have been in there feeling pretty crummy and they always comfort me. It's a clean, cute place with street parking and parking in back. Thanks to this crew for taking such good care of us!!! Brandy Gallagher

I don't know if a Dr Rhodes even exists. I have been here several times and never been seen by a doctor. Incompetent staff too. If the phone does get answered prepared to be patient and interrupted. If you actually need to take care of something, like a refill, you have to physically go to the office. Even the pharmacy shook their head when they found out problems with my prescriptions being called in were because of incompetent people at "doctor" Leila Rhodes office. Stay clear.
