M. Mark Mofid's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Mofid did an amazing job repairing a scar below my nose and above my lip after I had a Mohs Procedure done for removing a basal cell carcinoma. I had a significant divit left in my face that he surgically repaired at Sharp Outpatient Pavilion while I was under general anesthesia. Dr. Mofid explained everything he did to repair the area on my face, clearly and patiently-- answering all of my questions and assuaging my fears and apprehension. I had two follow up appointments after the surgery as well. My experience throughout has been wonderful. The entire staff and Dr. Mofid, worked hard to accommodate my schedule, coordinate with my insurance and my dermatologist. I felt that they had my best interest as their priority throughout it all. I couldn't be more pleased with the results of my plastic surgery. After 3 months post surgery, my scar is practically invisible. In fact, my friends and family don't even believe I had surgery because they can't see any scar. I highly recommend Dr. Mofid if you need any plastic surgery. He is kind and engaged when consulting with his patients. He made me feel like I was in safe hands under his care. Overall, I had an excellent experience. On a final note, Dr. Mofid encouraged me to consider doing a follow up microneedling procedure, which was not covered by my insurance. I took his advice and did 3 sessions. I am so happy with the results of the micro needing. I am thankful that Dr. Mofid suggested it. My excellent results exceeded my expectations.

I don't know where to begin with this review, I have too many amazing things to say! I have been wanting a rhinoplasty since I was 9 years old due to a very large hump on my nose. I researched and had consultations with many surgeons in San Diego before picking Dr Mofid. Ultimately after my consultation with Dr. Mofid I had a gut feeling to go with him and I am so grateful that I did! After booking my surgery, Dr Mofid's team was very on top of scheduling all the necessary appointments and answering any questions before the big day. From my phone appointment a month before surgery and pre-op appointment a week before surgery I felt super comfortable and prepared for surgery. When the day of surgery came around, I can't explain how amazing the whole team was especially, Michelle. She made me feel so comfortable and calm prepping me for surgery, I truly appreciate her bedside manner and great persona! Today I just got my cast off and I was in complete shock at the results. Not only did Dr. Mofid give me the nose I've always wanted but made sure to make me still look like me. Only being a week post surgery I am already in love with my new nose and can't wait to see it as the swelling goes down in the months ahead.

Was feeling sick from BII for many years and didn't know why until I came upon a FB group called breast implant illness. Suddenly, I drew the dots and realized my implants were making me ill. Dr. Mofid was upfront, and shared I didn't need a lift nor did he recommend any fat grafting. He shared my capsules are thin to remove, and most likely will dissolve. The nurse in the surgery room was so sweet and made me feel comfortable as possible. The only concern was my initial consult was regarding removing the "entire capsule" and possibly having one drain. However, I was told during my surgery there would be no capsules removed as they would eventually dissolve in my body. I do feel better than I did so I appreciate Dr. Mofid's work!
