My wife and I called Mark Adrian's office about 20 times and can never get through. It has been completely impossible to even schedule an appointment.

Dr Adrian is an amazing Doctor. He saved my life.

I’ve been with Dr. Adrian for over 20 years. He’s an excellent physician and a genuine and kind human being. His assistant Alissa is also top notch and a joy to deal with. I feel truly fortunate to have such a professional and friendly office and Primary Physician.

He has been my Dr. for years. He listens to what I have to say, and is an excellent diagnostician.

I finally pulled the plug on Dr. Adrian after several years of being so incredibly aggravated at him. He relies entirely on his nurse practitioner, spends no face time with patients. The worst is that every time I had to have tests run, it was impossible to find out the results. He doesn't call you. The office staff doesn't call you. If you call him, he won't take your call, or they say he's not there. They take a message, and no one EVER calls you back. Over the past 3 years I think I have had maybe 5 tests performed (blood work, sonogram), and I never found out what they showed. I either still have whatever was wrong with me, or it got better by itself. I learned to do all my own research and diagnosis using webmd. This doctor is everything that is wrong with managed care. He takes the insurance companies money and provides no health care.

The best doctor ever! Very personable and caring. He is knowledgable in what he does and is always there for you. His assistant is the best. She is always willing to help us with whatever we need. We would not be able to have great care without these two. Thank you so much!

I can't say a single good thing about him except that he's eager to get new patients. Absolutely the worst physical I have ever gotten. He could have done it by phone. His office staff is rude. He WILL NOT accept patient phone calls when he is in the office and WILL NOT return phone calls if you leave a message. He WILL happily let you make another appointment (for which the insurers pay him), and then he will again spend 3 minutes with you and help you not at all. Really a travesty.

Everything about him is ridiculously unacceptable. Time spent in the examining room = less than 5 minutes. Followup on blood results = none. Accessible by phone = never. In fact refuses to pick up the phone to speak to patients even when he is in the office and free. Never returns phone calls. Actually, I have never spoken to him on the phone, and I have called to try to speak to him at least 20 times. I finally just gave up and now I get all my answers on webmd. It's super easy to get an appointment with him though - probably because all his patients defect. So you have an initial appointment. He spends 5 minutes with you, orders bloodwork and then that is the last you will ever hear from him or talk to him. It's like speed-dating when there's no chemistry. He's so terrible there really isn't any way to convey it. He is the epitome of everything that is wrong with US healthcare.

Went to this doctor because he accepts my insurance and was taking new patients. Got an appointment right away. Appointment for a physical conducted by PA. He stuck his head in and asked if I have a gun and if I wear seatbelt in my car. Then he left. Ordered labs which I had drawn, then never talked to me about the results. I called every 2 days for about a month and left 15 or so messages. Never got a call back. Hope the labs don't say I'm dying.
