Dr Schultzel did a great job on my surgery last year. I recovered with very little pain and was back to normal after a few weeks. I give high praise to Dr Schultzel his staff and robotic surgery! I’ll be having another robotic surgery at the end of the month, I feel confident that it will be just as successful.

Dr Schultzel is an excellent surgeon. I stunned to hear all he had to do to make me well. Addison and Megan are a really stars in their own right. I'd refer the whole team to anyone.

On November 2, 2021, I found out that I had colon cancer. Yes, the Scariest words to hear. My family and I are forever Grateful to Dr. Matthew Schultzel and his amazing Team for saving my life with his surgical talents in the latest technology of robotics surgery. Dr. Schultzel gave me a new lease on life for sure.. He’s very professional, kind, understanding and very confident in his skills and abilities that brings comfort to the patient in hard situations. He’s Team is Super supportive in all phases of recovery. It’s was a journey but I am alive and grateful everyday! I would Never hesitate to send my family and friends to Dr. Schultzel for help. Dr. Schultzel performed robotic abdominal surgery on my husband in November. This was a minimally invasive procedure that allowed him to go home the same day. Dr. Schultzel took the time to listen and to answer questions, and his staff was also friendly and helpful. My husband finally has his quality of life back after many years of enduring chronic pain. We would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Schultzel. Thank you so much!

I went to see Dr Schultzel due to feeling pain in my colon and I thought it was nothing very serious, in my first appointment I was diagnosed and in the second appointment I was getting already treated, this is the best experience I’ve ever had with a Dr. since I moved to the U.S., his whole staff and him are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and much more, I am so glad I found him through google, I can see why he has so many good reviews, also that’s the reason why I decided to see him and that’s why I’m leaving a review so he can keep helping other people like me.

Have been extremely comfortable and secure in the care of Dr. Schultzel. He answers questions without hesitation or making me feel silly for asking. Truly appreciate the care and ability to squeeze me in during emergencies and would recommend him to anyone!

After having many issues and seeing numerous doctors for constipation and pain, Dr.Schultzel was able to heal and fix my fissures with fast care and persistence for monthly check-ins. I highly recommend him and his team as they give real care and guidance.

Upon going to Dr. Schultzel he quickly suggested surgery after "failed" bandings. He never addressed the root cause of the issue- chronic constipation and muscle spasms. Being that this is an intimate area and a "taboo" topic, I trusted Dr. S- especially when he assured me to "not worry I do all the porn stars in Southern California" (in hindsight this was a major red flag). A hemorrhoidectomy was performed and complications arose. I ended up being hospitalized and, to my shock, was not checked in once afterwards by Dr. Schultzel or his Team. No phone calls, no follow ups.. NOTHING. This surgery is UNIMAGINABLY painful- not to mention it took me over seven months to heal and left my backside BOTCHED. What did the Doc suggest? More surgeries. I didn't realize that this surgery should have been a last resort; however, Schultzel IS a surgeon; therefore, he is already incentivized to go that route. I am beyond dissatisfied and do not believe Dr. Schultzel or his Team had my best interest.

Thank you Dr. Matthew Schultzel, You have managed to completely heal me and stop the pain I was living in daily. Yes the recovery was very intense but the outcome is totally worth it. I would personally highly recommend Dr. Schultzel to anyone dealing with the symptoms I had. He was very straight forward through the whole process and I really appreciated that. Again Thank you!!!

Best surgeon! Took care of all my colorectal concerns post baby. Highly recommend to anyone! Great office staff as well!
