MIller Cosmetic Surgery Center - Scott R. Miller, Md, Facs's Online Review Report Card

After a diagnosis of cancer, I went through chemo and radiation and was left hairless and looking at least five years older. I'm already in my late sixties, so this was not welcome! After about year of recovery and the blessing of a cancer free verdict, I researched extensively and finally found Dr. Miller. I live on the island of Kauai so most of my research was online, however when I saw his before and after photos and read his reviews, I felt confident that I had found the right surgeon. Dr. Miller and his staff are amazing and make you feel like a friend and his only patient, I cannot say enough about the five star service and professionalism! And finally, I am thrilled with the completely natural looking results of my face and neck lift. My husband says I look like the day he met me, which was twelve years ago. Dr.Miller and his entire staff were fantastic throughout my cosmetic surgery experience. What I appreciated was the thorough consultation and his openness to hearing what I wanted vs only hearing a doctor’s opinion. I also liked that all his techniques focused on minimal to no visible scarring which was important to me. His team welcomed me to bring my mom and husband to all my appointments and answered all of our questions and concerns. My results are fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

after interviewing 7 surgeons in NY an NJ I was not convinced. Somebody told me about Dr Miller and the day I interviewed him I decided to have my facelift with him in San Diego. it was the right decision, it looks so natural! no one can tell, just comments of how good I look. Dr Miller and his whole staff are very caring and professional with a great personality! it was a great experience and the results are awesome!

Unprofessional and disappointing experience.

This review is long overdue, but very much deserved. I was referred to Dr. Miller by my stepmom and her best friend, they were both patients of Dr. Miller many years ago. I went to Dr. Miller in November 2021 to see if there was any way to get rid or minimize some scarring on my lower face. Not only did he do that, he actually removed my double-double chin and gave me a jaw line. He went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't be more pleased. He has an amazing staff as well. Katie always returned my phone calls and answered all my questions. Every time I go into the office to pickup some products, she always makes it a point to come up front and check-in with me to see how I'm doing. Maddie his nurse who I see for periodic filler is very professional and gentle and she has a great personality. Everyone in Dr. Millers office is so professional and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Miller to anyone who is seeking plastic surgery.

I was having trouble seeing/holding my own eyes open by the end of each day. I asked my dermatologist's office who they recommend for a natural, lasting result, and they recommended Dr. Miller. I can't say enough about what a positive experience it has been, from first consultation through postoperative care. Dr. Miller's team has thought of every detail, answers every question, shares additional information, and provides resources. They checked on me every step of the way, and the attentive care and follow-up have been great. I'm very happy with my results, and I can see!

It took me over 2 years to research plastic surgeons. I was referred to plastic surgeons by friends and family but I had to be sure I was comfortable, it was my face and breast after all and didn’t want to chance it. I met with Dr. Miller and right away I knew he was the one. His approach was to look yourself but more vibrant. He took his time and was completely open with me. I had my breast implants taken out, a breast lift and facial surgery. The surgery went perfect! My overnight stay was better than great. I healed amazingly. All my facial scars are gone. My breast lift scars are fine lines and they look awesome. My entire experience right from the receptionist, the coordinator, nurses and Dr. Miller himself could not have been any better. I would do it all over again. Thank you Dr. Miller and Staff for everything you’ve done for me!!

I had surgery several years ago after coming out of surgery I complained of pain and was told that everything was fine ..... seven days later turns out I had a major infection Mersa ( the deadly kind) in my throat from a lower facelift. I was quickly told that it was my fault by the staff although many people since including nurses have told me MRSA 85% occurs in the operating room, so it healed and it looked like I had been burned and been bitten by a dog on by neck was in terrible shape. Dr. Miller agreed that it needed to be redone. It's been a few years since then. I went back in to have them look at it my neck looks unusual and tension on neck like elastic bands are a constant annoyance every day when I wake up, it was a bad experience , I recently went there to make an appointment for him to look at it two years out approximately from surgery. He was not there and it's been a month and no one has bothered to return my call or my concerns. It's a nightmare right now and I can't do anything about it and they won't do anything about it even answer a few questions after I flew all the way to the clinic. PS I'm not sure. I had a lower eyelid surgery and my eyes have looked older ever since I don't know if there's too much fat take it out this is one of the questions I wanted to ask the doctor, but no one has responded to my office or phone call I do a lot of television and film work. Be careful what you wish for. I don't look any better just odd. . Cost approx $30 000

After a careful assessment of my needs, he helped me to decide to go for a Deep Layer Composite Contouring Face & Nick Lift, which it was done on June 27 of this year. I loved the results!! He created a very natural rejuvenating look in all neck and face. He and each member of his staff pampered me and cared of every detail during the pre and post and follow up sessions, I did not experience pain or discomfort. They have mastered the art of making surgery not scary but a happy rewarding experience. In my opinion Dr. TOP BEST SURGEON in San Diego, CA.
