Dr. Pratt was extremely thorough when it came to my exam and his office staff are awesome. The 4 star is solely due the my wait time. As a new patient I did expect to be waiting a bit longer than usual, but not almost 2 hours. Again the experience was awesome with the exception of the wait time.

I am a new patient to Dr Steve Pratt.I had a wonderful overall experience..He seems like a very intelligent doctor and has a goodsense of humor.Special Thanks to Vida - Dr Pratt's eye technician.She helped me find the right contacts and was socheerful and friendly..Very nice lady.Looking forward to my next visit.

1. Yelling at patients. 2. Staff has taking incorrect vision tests (more then one occasion). 3. He had no clue about the issue where another eye doctor office (the reception dx me over the phone which was latter confirmed by that dr that work there).

Dr. Pratt listens carefully when you respond to questions he asks after meticulously perusing your file. His eye exam is thorough and he has a pleasant personality that puts you at ease. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr Pratt for years. I get my eyes checked and Botox done by him! Yes, his office is always running behind and I’ve been in there long enough to know I set my appointments early in the morning but here’s the thing when he is waiting on you he will answer any question he never rushes you at all. He has written several books on health issues and he will go make a copy of things if you have problems even if it’s not something related to eyes. Dr Pratt also saved my life! Yes he did! I was in between dermatologists and I had something on my chest pop up so I showed it to Pratt and he immediately sent me into his surgery room and sent it out for biopsy. Sure enough two days later he called me and said it was melanoma. He told me he spoke with Dr Greenway before he called me and said go straight to Dr Greenways office. I did and had it removed within a few days.Thank you Dr Pratt I’m 7 years cancer free!

Very thorough. Takes time. Answers questions. Caring. I have read his Superfood books and follow his recommendations. Very pleased with eye care and nutritional approach to overall health!

He did surgery on my left eye to remove a pterigyum...i got some large vessels on the eye after that... so my eye looks not good. I told him about it and he got bit upset and said to me my eye was like that before surgery which is not correct and i even showed him the pictures to prove it... To be fair I think he is good doctor to consult for and very knowledgeable but for surgery execution is not good.
