I have been treated at several physical therapy clinics over the past ten years, and PRN Physical Therapy is the best one I have ever been to. The way Yousef leads this entire team of practitioners is inspiring. It is easy to see his passion for sharing his knowledge & experience, and beautiful to watch the way he instructs, encourages & raises up the next generation of therapists.The atmosphere he has created for patients is welcoming, friendly, caring, professional & personal. The entire team works very hard, with high energy, smiles on their faces & gives lots of encouragement to the patients they are helping.I will be forever thankful to have found this amazing group of people & they truly are the exception when it comes to PT facilities.......I recommend them wholeheartedly & I am confident if you need physical therapy, you will be guaranteed to get the help you are looking for if you visit PRN Physical Therapy in La Jolla.

Dr. Chad Rocha is the physical therapist that I highly highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable and has skills, passion to improve his patients. My father had severe disc degeneration and he was in so much pain. Within a few weeks under care of Dr. Rocha, my dad got so much improvement and his pain level got significant decrease. My dad’s condition was so severe so that I didn’t expect he will be able to get better. Dr. Rocha is magical! Thank you so much, Dr. Rocha for helping my dad!

I felt very special at PRN. Their team is second-to-none! Great Therapists, Exercise Technicians, and Front Desk staff. Everyone is friendly, positive and encouraging. I got personalized care working with my Therapist, Nic Carrillo. I participated in the Blood Flow Restriction study for UCSD Healrh and just finished 16 sessions to rehab my knee after a pickleball injury. Success! I'm playing again every day. PRN is the BEST!!!

I started with a headache that my neurologist diagnosed as musculoskeletal yet couldn’t solve the pain issue. Yousef did an exam and realized the issue within 15 minutes. Within a few weeks the 30 year problem was resolved. I have referred several friends and have received embarrassingly over the top thanks. Yousef is a master therapist who teaches and mentors other physical therapists. I am very grateful to have him care for my needs.

My hip was hurting for months due to dance; while I was standing, if I sat for too long, even walking. Darren helped me and my hip is all better now, no more pain. He also taught me how to manage it if it ever hurts again. Everyone was so kind and it made my recovery so much more pleasant.

I had very severe low back pain with abnormal posture. The back pain  was so bad that I was scheduled to have surgery on my lumbar spine. However, I was given the option to try physical therapy. Previously, my wife had physical therapy at Yousef Ghandour's facility with excellent result . So l decided to follow the suit and I have been very pleased with the outcome. My posture improved significantly and my pre-surgical back pain has completely resolved. Yousef's personality is superb.  His constant attention to the patients is unbelievable. Everybody is as important as it could be. I can go on and on in describing my personal experience. I'm so glad i had Ananda Whalen for my physical therapist . I'm in my 60's and have been sent for PT many times for different issues. None of those previous sessions ever truely relieved my pain until now.Amanda is patient, listens, is easy to talk to. Super smart and loves her work. By talking it out we were able to figure out what i was doing to cause my shoulder pain. We then found solutions that would work for me that i actually do on my own.The whole team is amazing. BRAVO!I look forward to working with them in the future when the next issue rises to the top of this old achy body of mine.
