We saw both Dr. Sarwar and Dr. Anbar at this practice and both were so helpful in getting my son to shift his thinking to a more positive place. He was really struggling with a habit cough and it was very minimal within a week. I think this shift in mindset was very helpful for my son to be successful in getting his habit cough under control.

Dr. Anbar was a lifesaver for our family. Our 12 year old son was really struggling with middle school and family changes. Traditional therapy did nothing for him, he was able to tell the therapist what she wanted to hear and he learned zero coping skills from her. Dr. Anbar taught our son amazing calming techniques. He was able to gain such respect from our son that he now truly believes he can handle any situation in which he is anxious because he has tools Dr. Anbar has provided.
