Robert Alessi's Online Review Report Card

He is Not a good Doc. He is quick to change years of successful medication treatment plans for his own without justification. He’s condescending and rude. If you disagree with his treatment plan he will refuse to work with you. Hands down the worst Doctor I’ve experienced and the MindPath Health organization he’s associated with is just as bad.

We could not be happier, I went in with my husband for his first visit Yes he goes over his credentials on the first visit; perhaps not to brag but to get the information to you that he himself would want to know if he were seeing a professional for the first time. Dr. Alessi looked over the records very carefully, listened well, the consummate professional and seems to me to be a caring person. He suggested a medication that is more appropriate for someone with a head injury, which is a relief. It is so wonderful to have someone so knowledgeable about medication, because we all know that in itself can be quite a journey to find the right one. He also had great advise for a follow up psychologist.

He seemed interested in my care but was quick to diagnose on my first visit. Staff was very difficult and their logistics (setting up labs, and ordering prescriptions to the correct pharmacy) was horrible. Took me hours afterwards to resolve things.

Extremely capable and brought to bear deep diagnostic abilities and great knowledge of medicine. He rapidly familiarized himself with my medical history and immediately worked with me to understand my then-current circumstances and appropriate treatment going forward. He made the most of our limited time within the Southern California Kaiser system. He was very matter of fact; he told me what he was thinking and didn't sugar coat or allow evasions on my part. Hands down the most effective psychiatrist I've worked with.

I had seen him one time and suspected something wasn’t right with his attitude. After reading the reviews posted on here I can agree with them all. He’s rude and just wants you out of his office as soon as possible

He became a consultant in my hospital care. I read my file and I was highly disturbed at how he dealt fast and loose with my medications without taking the time to review my medical history.
