This Dr. office is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. K is very, professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to to treat you like an individual.

Best pain management doctor in SoCal, period, hands down! Hard to find a more caring and knowledgeable doctor as him. If even 10% of the doctors out there were like him, we would not have health issues in this country... I wish every doctor was like him. Thank for EVERYTHING you have done for me Dr.K, as I have told you before, you have enabled me to excel in my personal and professional life.

I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Kasendorf and he is one of the only pain specialists I have found that is knowledgable about my particular disease, as it is rare. Unfortunately, Dana, "the office manager", has effectively worked to gatekeep me from his services. His office has been in possession of my records for at a least month. I have made multiple attempts to schedule an appointment as has my mother and Dana has hung up on both of us. My primary cares office also contacted them regarding an appointment to no avail. When I spoke with Dana initially she callously told me "They would not be able to help me" and promptly disconnected the call without knowing any details of my case. We have spoken with Jennifer numerous times who also works in the office. She seemed kind, sympathetic and was willing to initiate the appointment process. I do want to acknowledge that this is the busy Holiday season but this situation began long before that. Dana is prolonging patient care and causing undue suffering to patients who are already dealing with chronic pain.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kasendorf for almost 8 years now. After two spinal fusion surgeries I was left with permanent nerve damage and pain. He has done his best to make sure my pain is managed and that if I’m in pain at my appointment I alway leave feeling better than when I arrived. His office can get busy and wait times can get long, but he always takes time to make sure all your needs are met and doesn’t rush you, so you get that time back so to speak. So grateful for that care he’s given me over the years.

Dr. Kassendorf resolved a 20 year old problem with chronic daily migaines. I have seen almost every pain provider in North county. Then, I met Dr Roger Kassendorf. He gave me trigger point injections in my occipital Neve which resolved my headaches completely.

WORST front desk staff ever! Everyone of them. Avoid this place if you find this place at USCIS website.

1. The doctor is good I believe and he’s friendly, but this place has the worst front desk staff ever! 2. If you do an immigration examination form, AVOID this place and find another qualified doctor on the website. Specify: if you receive RFE, they put you RFE letter inside the sealed letter which you always should not, and they said “that’s what we always do”??? Excuse me thank you but NO!

Dr. Kasendorf has been my Pain Management Physician for a while now. I have never had such excellent care! I suffer from a myriad of health problems which cause me great pain. Over the past 20 years, I have been treated by many so-called "Pain Doctors". All I have gotten was a hard time. It's a sad state of affairs for honest pain sufferers! There is a lot of distrust coming from these doctors. (I understand why.) It's unusual for them to offer anything but pain medication when absolutely necessary. (As it should be.) I believe that should be the last thing they try but they don't take the TIME to get to KNOW their patients! That is where Dr. Kasendorf is different! Only one other "Pain Management Doctor" offered me an alternative treatment to pills. He was good but he pales in comparison to Dr. Kasendorf. Dr. Kasendorf has bent over backwards to try to relieve my pain. As of this review, some things have helped. Unfortunately, my health has deteriorated to the point where I must have major surgery to address ONE of the major health problems that are causing me extreme pain. I'm comforted knowing Dr. Kasendorf will ALSO be treating me while I am in the hospital! Dr. Kasendorf has tried surgical interventions, pain injections, Tens Units (a type of nerve stimulation), pain patches and referred me to physical therapy as other methods to help me. His compassion, his knowledge, his experience is exceptional!!!He takes his time and listens! Dr. Kasendorf is an absolutely wonderful doctor! I would recommend him to anyone who wants exceptional care and would like an alternative to just pain pills. Please give him a try. I bet you will never look for another Pain Management Physician after him because you will be so happy, satisfied and RELIEVED! Obviously, I can't say enough about him. He is simply the best!!!
