Having been classified with chronic back pain I was referred to Dr. Kasendorf by my primary care physician. The Doctor and his staff have been professional, courteous and informative as to the best approach for my pain management and a better quality of life. I look forward to having the Dr. and staff manage my pain needs going forward. Thank you.

No one else was able to help me manage my pain issues. I can not give him a higher recommendation. My issues were LBP and R and L knee pain.

Dr K is a great doctor. I am leaving this review for the front desk staff. They are consistently unfriendly in person and over the phone. The phone lines also consistently don’t work and send me straight to voicemail. I have tried communicating that to them and that they should do something about it and am met with an attitude from them. Unfortunate because Dr K is a great doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Kasendorf for the last 3-4 years for pain relief due to a heredity condition Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, hypermobility type that is very painful due to many dislocations and sublaxations. Dr. K addresses my trigger points with homeopathic injections, tapes my shoulders and feet, does manual trigger point therapy. But, most importantly he is a good listener as my symptoms have changed every month I go to see him. He has a great bedside manner. Dr. K's staff is very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Kasendorf.

Extraordinary! Dr. Kasendorf exemplifies everything you could ever want in a pain doctor. He is personable, kind, compassionate, and laser-focused on hearing you describe your problems and addressing them. I am a repeat patient who has been treated for chronic tendinitis in various locations by Dr. Kasendorf, with both PRP and stem cells. I have gotten life-changing relief from pain. In fact, I am so thrilled that the stem cell injections done recently for severe hamstring tendinitis behind the knees completely eliminated all the pain that I am going back in for another session of stem cells to address tendinitis in my shoulders and right forearm. He and his ultra-sound technician Stephanie extensively ultra-sound the pain sites both at the consultation and before the actual procedure to make sure the exact spots are injected. They don't rush you and they don't cut corners. They are perfectionists. When you are in constant, chronic, nagging pain and every moment is an effort, to have that pain completely cured is a miracle. It is the difference in night and day. I read once the quote, "Joy is the absence of pain." If you've ever suffered with chronic pain, you know you can't put a price tag on health.   Dr. Kasendorf hears you and helps you and gives you the gift of living life again. I am so grateful to him and his caring staff and ultra-sound technician Stephanie. They all make me feel welcome, cared for, and like I am a valued patient.

Injured my lower left back playing pickelball. Saw three Dr.'s in two months to no avail. Finally saw Dr. Kasendorf who listened to me, evaluated me including doing an ultrasound of the injured area. He gave me an injection in three different areas while looking at the ultrasound. Pain went away, injury healed. He is very passionate in wanting help and improve your quality of life. Great guy.

I came on here to write a review and was shocked to see the negative comments that people have posted! One particular statement that I do want to address is the comment from a woman who gave her "transcript" of her immigration appointment with Dr. Kasendorf. I think there was a massive language barrier as Dr. Kasendorf would NEVER say something to a patient about he, himself, being "easy"! He is 100% professional and if this was actually true, you'd see more comments like that on his reviews. Also, it is a very common reply when someone asks to see your smile (esp doctors and dentists or to confirm identity) that they say beautiful. ! Do you want him or any other doctor to tell you that you're "ugly"? Getting that out of the way, Dr. Kasendorf is phenomenal! He goes above and beyond what any of my past pain doctors have done for me! He is thorough, patient, kind, and so compassionate! I've had a rough go of it my whole life and Dr. Kasendorf has never given up on me-especially with the many limitations we have on the medications I can use. He allows me to make decisions for my body and never forces any medication or treatment on me. He wants his patients to work WITH him. We know our bodies the best and he is open to any and all comment and is open to talking to you about articles or treatment plans that you might have read or heard about and thought it might be something that might work for you! He will give his honest opinion, tell you why or why not that may or may not work for your particular case, and if it isn't, he explains why-doesn't just up and says "no" and then moves on. I get to be an active participant in my recovery and not many doctors are open to that! With my limitations on medicines I can take and how I can take them, Dr. Kasendorf has never given up on me and has always fought for what we decide might be helpful for me! Again, I get to make the ultimate call on what I want and need for my body! When we have hit major roadblocks that put us in a very bad position (i.e. meds or does not working), he has researched other alternative therapies and medication combos. We have tried SO many different avenues and even when I felt bad and like a burden for causing him more work- that he shouldn't have-he reminds me that I am his patient and he will never give up on his patients!! I've sent fellow fighters to him because I know that he will tell them that he won't give up on them and he will do the same things for me and all the rest of his patients!

Dr. Kasendorf solved my problem and removed my pain. After seeing three Dr.'s for pain after I fell on my left hip from playing pickelball, I saw Dr. Kasendorf for my intense pain. He was focused, asking me a lot of questions, evaluated how I was moving (or not moving), did an ultrasound and found an inflamed muscle and inflamed tissue in a joint. He used the ultrasound to guide the needle where he injected a steroid in three locations. Dr. Kasendorf is super focused in finding the problem and doing his best to help you. His office staff is good at making things work. He even gave me a lollipop before I walked out the door. Good man.

Dr. Kasendorf and staff are helpful, friendly and caring. Dr. Kasendorf takes the time to understand what the issue is and more importantly what's causing the issue and then relay it back to me in a clear and concise manner that I can understand so we can address it Dr. Kasendorf has gone way above and beyond as I've had other injuries that he looked at immediately then built a game plan for. I've truly never been treated with more respect. The fact is I typically hate going to the Doctor, generally it's been my experience that sometimes you aren't heard and worse the real issues I'm dealing with aren't being addressed. Not the case at this practice, I know I'm going to be heard and I know I'm in good hands. I would thoroughly recommend Dr. Kasendorf's practice to anyone.

I have to been to many pain providers and I am now without pain. I can wake up without pain and go to sleep without pain. I have only seen Dr. Kassendorf one time and I amazed at Dr. Kassendorf's ability to relieve my pain without use of any Pain Medication. He is an amazing physician.
