Wow! What a difference Karen has made in my life. She reviewed my diet logs and test results conscientiously and with considerable detail, and even provided awesome reports that made it super easy to visualize exactly where I needed to improve nutritionally. Her vast knowledge of all the various products available just astounded me. She quickly picked up on my preference for organic, grass-fed animal products and was able to share numerous recommendations for things I had never heard of, from sausages to protein shakes and so many others. Several times she recommended products that are so new they hadn’t even reached store shelves yet. She's really on top of it all. But the thing I’m most grateful for about Karen, is that she has introduced me to products that have FINALLY helped me shake my 30 year aspartame soda habit. I’m so thankful to have met Karen. Everyone should have this kind of support!

FINALLY! Relief from years of stomach pain which I thought was either stress related or due to issues with Gluten, Dairy or friend foods. After sharing with Karen my history of stomach pain and distress (including insane bloating at times), she recommended I take the ALCAT test. To my surprise, I have a SEVERE reaction to SUGAR, which is in everything! Long story short, I have overhauled my already healthy eating habits, am now enjoying bread and dairy on occasion, and have not had stomach pain in months. My quality of life is much improved and though I've been lazy about working out, am managing to stay slim since I now avoid cane sugar.

Karen gave a great presentation at our Rancho Santa Fe Business and Professional Women's meeting today. I thought I was pretty savvy about nutrition; however, I was not aware of so many issues she addressed. A few of us talked about it in the parking lot afterwards and we all decided to change our ways!
