If this is Dr. Brewster Goesh she is the worst!! She tried to fix with 4 sessions after 15K 2 surgeries and she could not fix it.

Well new experience here has left a bad taste in my mouth. Hate to leave a bad review because I love the med spa and I already left a not great reviews previously that I redacted because when they contacted me about it I felt very valued as a customer. However I had a surgery consult at 230. I have to get my son from school at 430 in Oceanside. They told me to expect to be at the office for 45 mins. Ok assume 1 hour for consult and 1 hour to get back to Oceanside. I arrived at 220 and by 303 no one had seen me. No one even acknowledged me after check in until I pushed the door open to leave. So I made a trip for nothing . To add more insult a few mins after I showed up someone checked in for a 230 appointment and was given parking validation immediately and also was leaving the office just as I was. Someone's whole entire appointment was done before anyone decided to see me and no offer for validation towards me. I will definitely not consider a surgery here. I don't expect my review to deter anyone else with all the 5 star reviews however take my advice and make sure you have double the time they say you will be here so you don't end up with my frustration

This is a bit long, but if you are thinking about a facelift, reading this is worth your time. After weight loss, I was left with sagging jowls and loose skin. I wanted my oval-shaped face back. I spent several weeks researching California's top plastic surgeons, and many hours on YouTube to get a better understanding of what I thought I needed. I arranged for a consultation with Dr. Hector Salazar-Reyes at La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Center. I supplied him with several earlier photos and stressed how I wanted my oval-shaped face back and to look refreshed. I thought I would be fine with just a Mini Facelift and no other work, but I trusted his recommendation and went with both a Traditional Facelift and a Neck Lift. Dr. Salazar is a genius! He knew exactly what was needed in order to give me the best results. He listened and he understood my concerns. My husband and I are in such awe of the results. It is magical watching the transformation. And the pain? What pain? The meds they prescribed managed anything I would have felt, and I only took the pain meds for the first 36-hours, and just rested. That is how easy this procedure was. You get yourself a reliable person who will be with you for the first 48-hours, keep you on your meds at the right time, keep you filled with electrolyte fluids and protein shakes, and you will be fine! One last thing that was very comforting is Carmen. She is Dr. Salazar's assistant and understands the pre and post-healing process. I texted Carmen several times a day with questions, and she answered me right away. If needed, she would contact Dr. Salazar. She was my virtual Fairy God Mother through that initial healing process and beyond. So have no fear. Dr. Salazar, Carmen, you and your support person will work as a team and you will get through it!

I had a 360 liposuction and skin tightening with Dr Swistun. I am not sure how I was so incredibly lucky to have him as my surgeon! The first time I had met him you can tell he is very passionate about what he does and truly cares. Besides being a humbling person, he really takes his time listening and gets you involved with your care. He explains everything and his vision for what he is going to do for you. His incredible artistic ability as a plastic surgeon is superb. He truly made my vision become real and couldn't be more happy with my results! Everyone in the office from the front desk Miaran, to the coordinator Kayla, preop Nancy, OR nurse Ruth and the OR crew was an excellent experience. They are organized and on top of everything. Dr. Breister-Ghosh couldn't have done a better face lift. She is kind plus her artistic and medical expertise is topnotch. I am thrilled with the results. The nursing and clerical staff are all welcoming and friendly. I had been nervous about finding the right place for this procedure for about 10 years and I think I found the best!

I was interested in breast augmentation so I decided to give this place a call. I talked with Marissa who explained the process and got me scheduled for a consultation. She was so sweet, friendly, and quick to respond. I actually found another place with good reviews and lower price, but Marissa gave me a good first impression which was why I decided to go with LJCSC. I met with Dr Salazar who is fun, approachable, and professional. Him and his nurse Carmen answered all my questions and took care of my needs from start to finish. Overall, all the staffs there are very kind. The office is cozy and spacious. Restroom is clean. There's an area where you can get coffee or water. My consultation and procedure all took place within a month or so. The procedure itself went well and I am very happy with my results!

I love the staff. Everyone is super welcoming. I had Botox done and it went so smooth!

Cameron is the queen of skincare! I've been consistently getting monthly Hydrofacials here for the past 5+ years. I look forward to my appointments with Cameron and glowing skin. The ladies scheduling are always on top of it with reminders.
