Dr kotha is good. But front desk and their manger is the worst they can’t explain things, just sitting and getting payed. Horrible management this place wastes time. 👎🏻👎🏻

Same as the girl below. I was told I had lupus for months after my symptoms and blood tests supported it. She put on plaquenil (medication) that improved my symptoms immensely (Thank you for that, sincerely!) - but then said I don't have Lupus. I'm still on this medication years later (which I need or I regress) but don't have a diagnosis anymore? How could I have SLE and then suddenly not? I could see remission but I have no answers and more questions now years later. The meds are all that help me, but it's not Lupus??? Oook. I however loved the front desk girls and often sensed their frustration with her too; I don't think it's all their fault that its a shtshow over there. I can't imagine they want to stay long.

Very long your message on the phone 3 minutes. It seems that your on a plane! Then you don't answered! Seem like Flight attendant voice.

I was just referred here. I keep calling but nobody ever answers the phone. I leave messages but nobody returns my calls. I'm about to give up before I even start! Are they aware that people rely on doctors to get better? Why is this staff so uncaring?!?

The front desk people especially Kaira is terrible all she does is eat. She is a horrible and can't do her job pathetic

Worst Doctor and worst front desk I have ever seen in my life! My tongue, throat, inside my cheeks, gums, nose, and lips were bleeding and I had blisters in all of the mentioned areas, My MD referred me to her, I called her office for one week they didn’t answer then when they did they said they will study my file for another week to decide about the appointment. After two weeks Of waiting and calling they said the doctor didn’t review your file and I have to wait for another two weeks while I am bleeding and unable to eat or swallow my own salvia!!!!! After waiting 4 weeks she (((((decided))))) my case is not autoimmune disease just because of one lab that my ENT doctor ordered! She made me change my insurance company and wait in that hell situation I was in to be able to see another doctor from another insurance company Then a gorgeous doctor saw me and diagnosed me with autoimmune disorder so Kotha was wrong and made me waist a lot of time and made me suffer My only advice is RUN and do not go to her at all she doesn’t diagnose right and she and her front desk are very very bad

I m outting one start but actually is none. Receptionist so rude to the elderly. Hispanic lady was mean to people.

She told me I have lupus for months. My symptoms kept getting worse despite the medication and disabled me. Now she is saying I never had lupus and it's just fibromyalgia. How can you diagnose someone with something and then take it back when disability is involved? Never going back!

She is very bad doctor. She prescribed dangerous medicine and effected my eyes. Eye doctor told me it is because of the pill which Kotha prescribed me.

I waited 3 months to get in to see this dr. When I finally was seen it was for about 10 minutes and she spent all the time dictating to her medical assistant. It was as if I wasn't in the room. I've been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and RA for 13 years now. But she argued with me and said oh no you don't have that. Who told you you have that? She had me do 1000.00 worth of labs and said see you in 4 weeks. I came back and this appointment was even worse. She asked me my name 3-4 times and showed no interest in anything I had to say. She said here are some pills. Take these one per day. And I will see you in 6 weeks. No information about the meds. It's a black box listed medication! It's a biologic! One of the side effects is death!!! Don't you think you should give your patient a heads up on what to do and not do. What to watch for? I asked about pain management and she said what I do not prescribe narcotics! I wasn't asking nor did I say one word about narcotics!! I was asking what I could take besides 800 mg of Advil 5 times a day!! It's hard on my stomach and I wondered if there was a better anti inflammatory that I could take that would help! Very frustrating being sick and not being able to get good care! I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this doctor! Very unprofessional! She has the bedside manner of a goat!
