Don't EVER EXPECT a call back when you leave a message. My mom is jut recently diagnosed with RA and the meds she was prescribed did not work so she was told by Dr. to discontinue them. As we wait for referral and next appt. her hands have swelled up like balloons and she can barely move. I called in and of course had to leave a message... to see if referal came back yet or can we move up her appt. to see what can be done to help her. No return call, NEVER answers the phone as my mom sits here in pain waiting for her next appt. Staff running the show is TERRIBLE.

Rudest staff ever! You will never get a call back, do not even bother leaving a message. The doctor comes in does, says nothing and then writes the prescription. I've had no choice to use them because of insurance. I'm changing my insurance just so I can go see another doctor.

Dr A Kotha has been my doctor who saved my life in 2002 and treated me for 18 years & I'm am still alive now . She is an expert in her field of medicine, and I would not consider any other medical doctor for my immune disorder illness .

I have been see Dr A Kotha more 15 yrs and she is very good of what she is doing. I used to not be able to walk before. But because of dr kotha I can walk again. Thank you Dr Kotha I love you!!! P.S. the other Dr Kotha also treat my daughter which she love her too. Human body isn't car it will take time to heal.

Great doctor Dr. A. Kotha has been my mother's rheumatologist for over 20 years. In that time, she has been great in her care. She has been very friendly and more concerned about my mother than her PCP's, often ordering labs when her PCP did not. God bless her.

Dr kotha is good. But front desk and their manger is the worst they can’t explain things, just sitting and getting payed. Horrible management this place wastes time. 👎🏻👎🏻

Same as the girl below. I was told I had lupus for months after my symptoms and blood tests supported it. She put on plaquenil (medication) that improved my symptoms immensely (Thank you for that, sincerely!) - but then said I don't have Lupus. I'm still on this medication years later (which I need or I regress) but don't have a diagnosis anymore? How could I have SLE and then suddenly not? I could see remission but I have no answers and more questions now years later. The meds are all that help me, but it's not Lupus??? Oook. I however loved the front desk girls and often sensed their frustration with her too; I don't think it's all their fault that its a shtshow over there. I can't imagine they want to stay long.
