I have been going to Alvarado for over 10 years and they have looked after my skin and reduced the signs of aging which are inevitable by suggesting those items which will address the issues that bother me the most, and will address my concerns with treatments that will give me the most "bang for my buck." The staff have always been professional and had the utmost concern for my skin. I continue to go to them despite the fact I now live in North County. I don't trust anyone but them to make certain I look "refreshed" and not overdone. Highly recommended with no reservations.

I can't say enough great things about Mary Halls and the entire team at Alvarado Aesthetics! Every visit has been a five-star experience from start to finish. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming -- you feel instantly at ease the moment you walk in. I've had the SkinPen treatment done multiple times, and I absolutely love the results. The treatments are always done with such care and precision. Mary is so knowledgeable and skilled, and I completely trust her with my skin. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality aesthetic care in a warm, professional setting!

Wonderful place for my facial peels and other treatments. Laurie is amazing and Samantha has been so helpful. I have more treatments scheduled for the summer and I'm definitely noticing the difference in my skin tone and texture.

AISC is my go to place for skin care. All the staff I have encountered during my 11 years of association have been amazing Beginning with the front desk all the way back to the Treatment rooms. Mary Hall, the owner, is constantly looking for new and latest treatments to help the client of AISC development and maintain an effective Skin care regiment. My recent treatments were completed by Laurie, the new nurse practitioner on the team of highly competent staff. She walked me through the procedure, making sure I understand the elements of the treatment as well as the expected results.

I've been coming here for 9 or 10 years now. I love their products and services. I especially love their monthly specials where you can try something new at a discount! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. From Sam at the front desk who is always so nice and welcoming, to Laurie who is a true professional and extremely talented, to Mary who gave me the most amazing facial today! I'm always getting compliments on my skin, and I have to give Alvarado Aesthetic credit for keeping my skin looking radiant and glowing.

Great staff that is very knowledgeable, caring and works with you for the best treatment plan to keep you looking and feeling your best. I have been going to them for over 20 years and wouldn't go any where else. I get comments all the time at how nice my skin looks. 💕 Well worth the visit!

This place is very esthetically pleasing .. the hospitality is tremendous from the front desk receptionist Sam who offered me water and greeted me with specials.. to the providers in the back.. I have seen both angel and Laurie for injectables and they are great.. very informative and patient with my anxiety towards needles.. 10/10 recommend for any med spa needs.

I was a customer for years. I had bought many packages for special services ( not facials) My husband went in for a facial. They used one of my expensive service for his facial which in no way at the same price point. I called to see what service I had on the books. They girls told me they would get back to me. Never did get back to me. So I called a second time. They said they would get back to me. I still have not heard anythings. I am very disappointed with Alvarado Aesthetic (Former Alvarado Skin Care.) The last procedure I had the girl rush through and did a poor job. All she could talked about was that she needed to hurry she had to pick up her kids. Mary you need to check out what is happening. I m not the only client that has stop coming. Beware!

Most of the time they do not answer their phones. When they do it's someone who doesn't know anything about what services they provide or really anything at all. I have been waiting weeks to hear back about my credits I have there from before my pregnancy. I've spent thousands of dollars here. Once upon a time this was a great place. Now it's a joke. They don't call back when they text you they will. No one seems to know anything about customer service. What a shame.
