Dr. Boghairi is very friendly and definitely a professional in the cardiologist dept. He is very thoughtful and asks all the questions regarding my concerns. He is a listener.

Dr. Boghairi is very well located at Sharp Grossmont. The office is very nice and clean. He's very professional and very knowledgeable. He asked all the right questions and made sure I taken care of.

Wow this cardiologist is amazing with great beside manner! Dr. Boghairi is very patient with me and he listens to all of my concerns. He asked all the right questions. His office is strategically located right next to my primary care and my kids pedestrian. The best of both worlds.

An absolute nightmare!! I was prescribed a statin from “Dr. Boughari” Ditilzem 240mg which is the highest dose I was very healthy and never had heart problem or been to the hospital in my life. I’m 37yrs old now and at the time I started the statin I had been 30 or 29 at the time of coming to Dr. Boughari office some 7rs ago. I have only been to his office once in 7yrs for blood pressure test and payed for 5 min consultation . His extremely rude receptionist calls me in Oct of 2020 during COVID 19 saying they won’t continue my medication and need to see me. I gladly scheduled a day off from wrk to tell them my symptoms and stories after 7yrs of this nightmare. His reception then rudely calls me back yelling and screaming saying they don’t want me to come in because the Doctor can get in trouble . Extremely frustrated by the whole situation she then says to find another doctor because they don’t want the responsibility to be on there hands. Then she tells me that there office doesn’t except medical anymore all of a sudden specifically Molina which there website states the do I also have an alternate insurance. I have never received phone call or a letter within this 7yrs period!! This place should be shut down due to discrimination and neglect of a patient trying to survive and live.

If I could give it no stars I would! I had the worst experience in this office! My husband had an appt at 4:30 so we arrived at 4:15 to fill out paper work. We sat in the waiting room for an hour and 15 min before they called us back into the room ( mind you we were the only people in the office!). Then they made us sit another 20 min in the room waiting for Dr. Boghairi to come! At about 5:45 we decided we were going to leave because we still had not seen the Dr. However, the lady at the desk cornered us in the room standing in front of the door and wasn't going to let us leave, finally we asked her to move and let us leave. As we reached our car, Dr. Boghairi followed us to our car and said we had to come back and was yelling at us as if it was completely unreasonable to leave after sitting there for over an hour and a half. I will never go back to this cardiologist and I recommend him to no one! Completely unprofessional!
