Dr. Mohedin saved my dad's life this week. Enough said. He was out of breath and the specialist he was working with blew off his symptoms (even though blood clots were a side effect risk of the treatment he was on), but Dr.Mohedin sent my dad to ER as soon as he saw him because he expected pulmonary embolism. Sure enough - tons of blood clots in his lungs. He is recovering now - and alive - because of Dr. Mohedin.
I went there with lower back pain, so he could direct to phsyical threapist or something else.. He directed me to the ER, and the first thing they attached to my hand was the $7500 bill at the ER without seeing the doctor or doing anything... Yet I got billed from Barzan Mohedin's office for the visit.. So if I could have directly gone to ER, I didnt have to pay that. And when I call to pay for the visit, they said his office do not accept credit or debit card, only checks or cash. As I dont use checks, I have to go to his office to pay.. What is this for the love of the GOD!!!! It is 2022 and we still have people to send checks or come to office to visit!!!! Way to gooo... Waaaaaay to go. I will ask to change my primary doctor from my insurance..
My 88 year old mom has Dr. Mohedin as primary. She fell and hit her head and had staples put in at ER. They said to go to primary in one week to for follow-up and have staples removed. I called to make appointment but the girl said they were only doing phone visits but she would check with him to remove staples. He refused to see patient under any circumstances and said to go back to ER or urgent care. A doctor who refuses to treat his patients is worthless! I understand with the pandemic, but she need to physically have staples removed.
Staff there was very kind and Dr. Mohedin may be very intelligent but he did not show any signs of caring for my medical issue. I offered as much information as I could. His only response to my symptoms was "If you want to find out then go get an MRI." He said it a few times throughout the visit as I kept offering more information like when it was happening (times of day or night) and what I was doing at the time. I expected more. Maybe suggestions along the lines of holding off on yard work or not picking up heavy items. Nope, not one single suggestion. My primary reason for the appointment was that one issue but he spent more time on the physical (all 3 minutes of it) and sent me to the lab for blood work I felt as though he acted like he wasn't the slightest bit interested, seemed as though he just went though the motions of performing a physical so he could get me out of there. I may have caught him on an off day but I don't believe so. He seemed tired of his job.
Dr. Barzan Mohedin is my Primary care physician since 2005. I highly recommend him because is very caring and compationate to his Patients and he knows what his doing. The office staffs Erica and Elisa are very effecient. They know what you need and they act on your request ASAP.Louie Larsen
Never introduced himself...kept his eyes on his computer screen and talked to it...made fun of the over-the-counter meds I was taking...insisted that I have heart stress test and sonagram....nothing wrong...suspect, but do not know for sure, that he was punishing me...for not appreciating his "bedside" manner of which I told him so.
My Husband and I have been going to Dr Mohedin for seven years and have found him to be courteous at all times, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable on the subject. His staff is awesome and I would recommend anyone to his practice.
Dr. Mohedin has a reputation of being the doctor the doctors go to. I and family members have been his patients since 2005. He is extremely knowledgeable; and attentive to us. We highly recommend him.
I went in for hypertension initially and Dr. Mohedin was very courteous and extensive to come up with other possible causes. And when I was having problems with my endocrinologist (recommended through another doctor) his staff was very helpful with a sympathetic ear to get me to a better endocrinologist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
