I want to thank Dr. Ross and his whole office staff for doing such a great and professional job on my hair replacement. I was very happy with every step of the procedure. I could tell from the day i walked out that i had a great head of hair. Now one yr later i am still as happy as could be. I did a lot of research before i came across Dr. Ross and he had the best price and the results ended up being as good as i could have imagined.

Just had my consultation today. 12 years ago I had 1700 grafts on my crown with the FUT method with Dr. Ross. It came out awesome and natural. Many people who have had transplants need touchups after years. I am no different. This time I am using the FUE method and he was great explaining to process. He listens to you and understands where you are coming from. If you want a stuffy, uptight doctor then look elsewhere. If you want a down to earth guy that's super smart and artistic then Dr Ross is the man. The bottom line really is "can a doctor give me good, natural results?" I can honestly say I was really glad to have chosen him before and would never hesitate using his skills again.

Dr. Ross is absolutely the best at what he does and his staff is by far the most organized and kindest I have met. He is so kindhearted and his passion for his job and patients is incredible! Thank you ! ! ! !

Dr. Ross is hands down the best in the business! I’ve seen a total of 3 different hair transplant surgeons, each with flawless reputations however Dr. Ross is simply the best. He is a perfectionist and makes sure each graft is placed at the correct angle and in the correct spot. This may not sound like a big deal, but there is nothing worse than hair transplants at the wrong angle. He’s done thousands of hair transplants and there is no doubt, he is absolute pro at what he does. Feb 2020

Dr. Ross and his team are Amazing... He is knowledgable, great bed-side manner, and absolutely pleasant. I am a cosmetic dentist in LA, and have dealt with many celebrities and apprehensive patients myself, so I recognize great bedside manner... and I was so impressed by how wonderful Dr. Ross and his team were! I had a difficult time getting fully numb during surgery - just how my body is - but doc and the team were so kind and caring that made the 11 hour surgery very tolerable. And although his team of ladies (Judy, Esther, and other ladies - I'm sorry I don't remember all of your names) were all amazing, he was very involved during my surgery himself which was a big deal for me. I wanted my doctor to do my surgery and not only the technicians - and that happened here at La Mesa Hair Restorations. Dr. Ross was definitely involved throughout my surgery. He even personally called me the next day to check on me! Dr. Ross is super down to earth and easy to talk to... His office was clean and his team of ladies were all so nice and caring. Based on my experience I highly recommend Dr. Ross and his staff. Thank you so much!
