Dimitri A Sherev's Online Review Report Card

1380 El Cajon Blvd Suite 100, El Cajon, CA 92020. I recently had a great experience with a serious main heart valve leakage. TAVR surgery yielded a new me. Through, polite and understanding I highly recommend Dr.Sherev .

Dr. Sherev is exceptional in his ability to make you feel heard, he is patient, he is excellent at explaining treatment options and he is very thorough

Dr Sherev is a matter of fact Dr. to the point and spends very little time with you. Mostly Staff. Most of all before they do anything to you ask if your insurance will cover what they are going to do. I have an HMO and should only be paying a huge copay and did. Then received a bill for services not cover by my insurance. They did not tell me or ask me if I wanted it they just did it and billed me. Now while fighting it and being in constant contact they submitted to collections. Not a way to do business I my opinion. I would not recommend Dr Sherev or his Office. I will never return to him. Or allow him to work on me or my family again. The funny thing about this is a coworker had the same work and was not charged for the work done. Signed Angry!

On behalf of my mom, I would like to say a few words about Dr. Dimitri A. Sherev. My mom has been seeing Dr. Sherev for about 15 years. Throughout those years, he has not only been great professionally, but deeply caring, understanding, and saw her as a person rather than a patient. On her last appointment, she complained that for the past two years, none of her doctors have been able to properly diagnose the problem she had. Dr. Sherev took the time to listen to her and prescribed the proper medication and ordered a proper procedure. She is now back to living a normal life and is without pain. We are both so, so very thankful for his professionalism and great heart.

Here we go again with another health care provider who is running a cattle yard. I think this cardiologist said three sentences to me in the course of treating angina. The whole time I was there for two visits for two different tests I felt like I was inconveniencing them and the entire staff, including the boss cardiologist seemed like they wanted to check off some boxes as quickly as possible and send me on my way with no discussion on how to go foward with my symptoms.

The office staff is awful! They did not checked out insurance before my visit, they argued with about it and didn't have the correct information. Called to make a new appointment and they argued with me again and then hung up on me. So rude and unproffesional!!!!!

Dr Sherev is very thorough and seems to truly care for his patients. His staff is great also, had an ultrasound today in his office and the woman that does them is very good. Highly recommended!

I have had two cardio procedures done my Dr. Sherev. Outstanding diagnosis, immediate surgery, outstanding results. I cannot say enough about his skills, and follow-up. Excellent communicator.
