From the moment we arrived in the elevator at 8am we were pleased with a member of the staff who smiled and held the drs for us. Everyone in the office was friendly and we were treated with respect and kindness. Dr Crosby was quite pleasant and extremely competent. The patient, an elderly man, was treated with respect and after leaving the office, said to me, “I like that doctor! He’s a good guy!

Dr Crosby is very efficient and stays on schedule as much as can be accomplished when employing Mohs surgery technique. He answers questions and does a super job. The staff at Grossmont Dermatology was also excellent and kept things on track.

Dr. Crosby did such excellent Mohs surgery on my cheek that I can't find the scar even with close inspection! And he recommended a lotion that's had amazing results on my "crop" of skin lesions. Recently I asked his opinion on wound dehiscence following pacemaker surgery because I trust his opinion more than that of my cardiologist. In addition to his medical knowledge and skills, Dr. Crosby listens and takes time to explain things, answers all my questions. He gives me peace of mind...and that's priceless!
