Dr J's Elegant Reflections Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

I went to Dr J's a few months ago for the first time for Botox and fillers. My friend referred me. I'm so impressed with the results! Erica (the nurse) is absolutely amazing at her job. She makes you feel at ease, and spends time going over what you would like to improve. No discomfort at all. Whatever numbing cream they use is the best. I cannot express how professional , courteous and friendly the staff is. I found the pricing reasonable, and am seeing lasting results. I cannot recommend this business more. You won't regret going here.

Staff were super kinda and informative. Erica came highly recommended and left my lips amazing! Will definitely be returning for a touch up!

I wish I could give this place no stars. First off they told me wrong information and kept telling me I'm good go get blood work done and come in. Well they don't take my insurance so they lied to me about that. Show up to appointment do all the paperwork good thing I didn't have to sign anything because I walked out after they tried to charge me $95 dollars for showing up. Thank you for wasting my time and hopefully this shows people to not go to this business and they dig a hole.

Poorest customer service from Tianna at the front desk, or the dreaded "manager." As the manager, I do expect her to be more knowledgeable than to tell a customer to leave the office when they have questions about their payment and the services. She doesn't care about anything other than getting the patient's money. She has the worst attitude and could not take seriously any question that a patient might have. She continued responding in a way that was different from what I was asking when I first politely asked her. Despite the fact that I had an appointment that day, she became hostile and ordered me to leave when she realized I kept asking the same question. She is clueless about what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. After that, I made an effort to cool down, followed her instructions, and finished my treatment. I then made an appointment for a later time. Then, I get a text message from her stating that she had canceled my appointment and that I would no longer be getting laser hair removal. I have always enjoyed having my laser hair removal by Erica, but Tianna has to ruin it all. She needs to "chill" and learn respect. What a shame to have such person as a manager.

From the beginning my experience has been superb!! I was Refered to get my blood 🩸 drawn and once the labs showed us what I was lacking or even over medicated in one area I changed my medication with their help and very shortly after I started to feel like a young woman again!! I cannot tell you all enough good details. The HRT Pelets changed my life!! I also have been shown many other treatments as I have asked for advice along this journey and over the year I’ve improved tremendously and have gained lean muscle and lost visceral fat and am heading towards a wonderful start nearing my 60’s!! Y’all deserve to spend some time on your health the natural treatments are top notch!! Tianna, Dr. J and Nurse Erica y’all are the best!! Thanks a million!! ❤️

My neighbor was outside a few months ago and ready to hike up the mountain. I noticed how much energy he had, and remembered a conversation about how his wife started going to this place, and that it was helping her EVERYTHING by balancing her hormones. When we were talking outside, I finally asked him for the information for this place. His wife called me, explained the structure of everything. She'd lost weight and was running circles around her husband! I went the route of first seeing my doctor, explaining reasons why I wanted to do what I wanted to do, just to be sure. Running around reading info online, the lab values definitely explained why I was feeling horrible because I had a major imbalance going on... but my western doc just blamed it all on the obvious without offering in depth analysis of the conclusions of all of the viariants in the puzzle that makes up my composition. While I just got everything today, all I have to say is my experience here, thus far, has been an impressive experience! Reading some of these other reviews, I felt like it needed some input - the negatives are DEFINITELY not my experience: This med spa is professional & upfront. I can't wait to report back how I feel in 30 days + more... (PS- I had zero problems finding it, the manager, Tianna is merely just clear and concise - which you should want in a medispa! Just my 2 cents)

I received my first treatment of testosterone pellets two weeks ago and it has been incredible. I feel more drive, motivation, energy and mental clarity. I want to thank Dr. Emery and Tianna for their efficiency in my treatment plan. The manager set me up promptly with my lab work and appointment. These days you don't find businesses like this anymore. I am grateful to have been referred to this office and highly refer them. I want to thank Tianna and Dr. Emery for all the education and effective results.

Wow! I have never had such a horrible experience on the phone with anyone in my life. I had a bad feeling when I called to schedule an appointment and the Office Manager lady was super hot and cold, seemed like she was very moody. I paid several hundred dollars and when it was time for my appointment I had a hard time finding the location (there are several med spas in the area). She called and rudely told me I was supposed to be there. I called back to get the address and that's when she flipped out and started yelling at me. She was very upset and kept saying that she texted me the address and I confirmed. I explained that I couldn't find that text, she was so horrible that I told her she was being mean and needed to be kinder, I was lost at the wrong place and it was very stressful already and she yelled back that I needed to be kinder. It was like I was fighting with someone that hated me for some reason, it was the strangest experience. I kept asking to speak to anyone else and she refused and said the Dr would not call me back. Keep in mind they had my blood test results and I hadn't even seen them yet. I told her she was mean and I wasn't comfortable doing business with them and needed a refund. When my Husband called back to get my test of course she was super nice. This person has some kind of mental health issues and you are not allowed to speak to anyone else. I cannot imagine anyone thinking it's a good idea to have her speaking with their clients. I did not get to see the Dr but I'd be very nervous about anyone that can't see this or just doesn't care that clients are being treated this way. Do NOT go here. I wound up at E Med Spa off Jamacha and they were so kind and welcoming and had more services and saw me the same day. Looking at the reviews it seems like she has people do reviews that condone her behavior towards clients. I would be very concerned about reviews that may not be from actual customers. There is absolutely no reason to treat anyone this way, absolutely terrible .

Beware of this place! They just want to take your $$. The receptionist Tianna who is not even a qualified nurse to do laser automatically gave me a contract for 10 laser sessions. How do you even know i will need that many sessions?? On top of it she was extremely rude and unprofessional, when I asked to have laser done by a certain nurse, which I was referred to by friends, she flat out refused and said we don't take requests for specific nurses!? Umm never heard that one before! Not sure what the owner is thinking putting her in charge she's costing him his business! I have moved all my family away from this place.
