THE WORST OFFICE STAFF!!! that leaves no need to talk about Dr's proficiency. It's impossible to get an appointment cause they barely answer the phone, and if they do they are super rude!!! you need a referral it takes more than a month and a dozen phone calls to finally get it sent correctly!!!

Lack of follow through; pushing NP students on patients without their consent; having a completely improper medical assisting staff that do referrals when they, 'feel' like it and then getting upset when the patient or the patient's caregiver wants some accountability sums up what you can expect at Dr. Toulouie's office. I thought because the NP was a sister there would be some follow through and accountability, but never trust someone who needs to side with their paycheck over ethics and patient care. Right is Right and doing what's right shouldn't be a strain for medical offices that want to provide equitable services. This office wants to provide excuses and make up reasons why things don't get done. Read the reviews. Nothing has changed, because this is poverty medicine at it's best. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and RUN to another clinic!!!! Be careful, if you make them mad they'll file a false report on you!!! Such a PROFESSIONAL group of people.

worst doctor ever, I have been trying to get CPAP device for over 8 months, just got off the phone with my insurance, and looks like they haven't even submitted the authorization request to them!! 8 months unbelievable!

Doctor Toulouie is a good doctor but her staff over the phone and in person are horrible. No compassion or kindness for patients. Monica who answered my phone was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Today I had my first visit to this office. No waiting time, no long lines. I was seen by NP De Courcy E Luckett and she was amazing!!!! She listen to my concerns and problems and she understood my needs. There was no rush, she was patient with me and really compassionate. Staff was nice and polite. I am going back for sure.

Recently I had injured my hand and Dr. Toulouies staff, Vicky in particular, put a rush on a referral for an orthopedic surgeon and made it happen asap. I would also like to give thanks to Dr. Toulouie for getting me to quit smoking with a prescription for Wellbutrin, 3 months later I quit smoking, it will be 4 years this July.Thanks again to the staff and Dr. Toulouie.
