Very bad experience. Staff seem as if they want to be anywhere but there. The doctor had zero bedside manner. They will not return messages and never seem to be able to answer your phone calls. Nothing was explained prior to having several tests done. I will go anywhere but there ever again, even if that means traveling to Mexico!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Got a procedure for a kidney stone and left with a stent in, was told I needed to schedule a follow-up appointment at this place. I called, and they said they'd call me back. They didn't. I called again, left a voice mail, and nothing. I called yet again and was told I couldn't see the doctor I was ordered to see. It's been two weeks, and I don't know what to do anymore.

This place may be closed. They do not answer emails<br>or phone calls. I need test results but can&#39;t even make an Appt. no return emails for months now.<br>Somethings going on but i can&#39;t figure it out<br>from the internet. They even don&#39;t return phone calls<br>from my doctor. Pretty shoddy work.

WARNING: all males with male health issues, DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC. I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL MISDIAGNOSE OR BRUSH OFF YOUR HEALTH ISSUE ALTOGETHER. Thank you UCSD urologists for saving my health. DO NOT come to this clinic. You have been warned.

Really unprofessional place they never answer phones. They are not following health protocol. main doctor at this clinic need to do something about before someone reported to the departments of health boards of California. I will give them 0 start but there is no option for. Bad costumer service. NO EXCUSES FOR NOT ANSWERING THE PHONES. Maybe there are just playing tic-tac-toe.

Communication is the weakest link with this clinic. You'll wait a long time on hold and if you are transferred to a different extension prepare for your phone call to be dumped. Hopefully they are getting this under control. There was lack of follow up on a test result, somehow this was a dropped ball on the part of the staff. You may decide to look elsewhere for your health care.

The doctors are good but it is absolutely impossible to call front desk. On hold for 50 minutes until it tells you you are first in line you continue to hold forever it tells you to leave a message no one ever calls back
