From working with Dr. Moles, to seeing him as a patient, there is no one I would trust more to take care of me & my family. He is kind, knowledgeable, & lays out your options. He is seriously the best!

He had sent me for a 2nd sonogram after seeing nodules in my neck. I had a disk and written results, however he was in a hurry. I sat on his uncomfortable chair for nearly an hour (having had gallbladder surgery just days before). Getting a timely appointment with him is impossible. So, I waited. He comes in with his assistant and asks me what was the problem that I wanted to discuss today. I mentioned my results and he dismissed the importance saying that it was all normal. I pointed out what I read and saw, including a 7 cm cyst, but he dismissed it, this time saying "that is a typo, they mean mm, not cm". I could not believe he said that another specialist had made a typo! The assistant showed it to him, and looking at me he says that he does not see it. He touched my neck everywhere except where it was. I never felt so invisible or unimportant in my life! He said that I can look for a second opinion if I want "from a partner in his office." And that was that.

Talented doctor. He needs different staff. Messages do not get relayed (I have phoned 6 times about my CatScan results). I don't think he is getting the messages. Also more direction needed for revisit or not etc. Seeking another doctor

I can't explain exactly what happened except for he shocked me with the way he was treating me. He told me to go see an allergist and I did and then he started to tell me things that just blew my mind. The allergist hadn't said I had a severe allergy to pets. He turned it into what he wanted it to be that it was a severe allergy. He asked me so many questions that I could not answer he said I had said the medicine was working which I was hoping it was but it didn't he was so rude to me that I ended up saying I'm not going to sit here and argue with you and obviously you cannot help me he blew my mind at the way he treated me..

Dr.Moles: He is the best Dr. Ever. He cares and listenings to call your needs So glad he is my Doctor!

Kept me waiting for over one hour without staff ever letting me know he was running late. Moles then spent 10 minutes with me, never solved my health issue, and billed my insurance $670. This is not medicine, it's money grubbing.

Dr. Moles was personable & friendly. He didn't rush the appointment and took time to explain everything. He listened to me and answered all my questions. He gets 5 stars from me!

I met doctor Moles on Friday July 09, 2021 he was excellent and very intelligent. My ear was blocked and he clearly explained the possibilities as well as the treatment options. It was an excellent experience. Several days later I had a question and he returned my telephone call within hours of receiving it. I am a violinist among other things, and I was very grateful to receive such excellent care. Shoshana Dennis

Dr. Moles is a great Doctor! Real, thorough, attentive, and personable. Definitely listens to your concerns and comes out with the best action possible. Very glad to have been referred his way!
