Majid Shahbaz's Online Review Report Card

This doctor is a joke. I started going to him because my old doctor retired and his patients were past over to Dr Shahbaz I been with him fir a couple year and not once did he see me. But it gets worse the Nurse Practitioners are even worse alway with attitudes and they don't relay info to each other everytime I called I had to relay the info myself..if you can chose a different doctor do so.

He is a very good man and a doctor BUT with all due respect, when ever i make appointment after months or so, it does not always mean that he sees me definitely in person and refers me to His assistant. That’s not very professional. My goal to make an appointment is to see him personally, not to see his assistant .

Excellent doctor he found out that my aunt was having heart problems when none of her other doctors had ever checked her heart. And had her 2 knees operated and she is now walking great. Good bye knee problems.

I have been a patient of doctor Majid Shahbaz for the last 15 years. I am a man of 81 years old, and throughout my life, I have seen many doctors; being a patient of Dr. Shahbaz, you will develop a personal relationship with him. He is unique in his profession and sincerely cares about his patient. He follows up with the needs of his patient promptly. He works with a group of staff that they are the same, responsive and caring as himself. I highly recommend him.

Dr.. S is kind, thorough, explaining everything. His geriatric medical knowledge is tops. He has gone out of his way to take care of me and my Mother. I would (and have) recommended him to friends.

Dr. Shahbaz is an outstanding doctor and very thorough diagnostician. His bedside manner is caring and empathetic. He takes a comprehensive family background on health issues and closely monitors your health. He is superb and I trust his judgement completely. A+ Doctor!

I have had nothing but difficulties getting anything accomplished with this office.When I scheduled my initial appointment, I asked specifically if they had an xray machine onsite (I am on crutches, foot is injured, hard to walk or drive) and was told they do. That was not true.I went in to get my foot looked at. I never saw Dr Shahbaz, I saw one of his NPs (which is fine) but she seemed to care little about what happened or what I was dealing with. She didn't even look at my foot. I was referred to an imaging center across town and she left without giving me any follow up care information, which I was told by a nurse on my way out would be delivered that afternoon by their staff once my xrays were reviewed. That was not true.I have called a number of times to get ANYTHING done and have had extreme difficulty getting the attention or care I need.I was told yesterday they would send my referral to the ortho so that I could get my first real treatment. That was not true.It seems like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing and I will NOT be going back to get further treatment. I don't know who these five-star ratings are coming from, but I assure you, they are all fluff.
