One star is a disservice. As if waiting over a month for an MRI to determine a malignancy wasn’t bad enough, the staff here have the criminal negligence to not send your results to your doctor for over 3 days. Test done on Friday and it’s Monday afternoon and the front desk ladies told me that ‘they’re busy and they’ll get to it.’ I begged to have them send the results on Friday to avoid a delay. This place is dangerously awful. Your laziness is holding up people’s medical care. Reprehensible individuals. Explain how medical test results are not sent upon completion of the exam? Do your job like you actually care for your patients and respect the people who need timely medical services and results.

If there was less than one star I would give it to this imaging facility, I tried to call and schedule an appointment for my mother, Mellisa is the person who responded to the phone call and every time she left me on hold for more than 25 minutes. The manager Lisa needs to improve the customer service in the office and stop telling people to go somewhere else or end the phone call when people complain from the long waiting time.After this experience I called Imaging healthcare specialist in Alvarado,they responded immediately to the phone and they have an amazing customer service

Melissa with scheduling is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She goes above and beyond for patients and other offices to make sure patients are seen at the appropriate time. She has great customer service!!!

Arrived early for my appointment. I was told I couldn't sit in the waiting room nor could I do the paperwork early. Very disappointing service. I get the covid concern . There was only one othere person in the waiting room. So I was told to leave. And come back. When I called from my car to do the paperwork work out there I was hung up on.I will say Dave and Gina made the experience better. Thanks to them.
