I liked Dr. Pat. Normally I've always been picky about Dr's I go see but Dr. Pat was nice and very caring. Thank you Dr. Pat see you again. Author Dainnese ❤️
Dr Patrick McCallion and his staff did an amazing job treating my Sinusitis. From pre-op appointments, to post-op follow ups, they went above and beyond. Thank you Dr McCallion!
I only had a consultation with Dr. McCallion (one of several doctors at this facility) but I did not feel eager to follow up with him. When Dr. M walked into the room, he barely greeted me before he put on gloves and, in a no-fuss manner, got straight to examining me. I would have appreciated some questions of him asking why I was there or anything to appear considerate of a patient. I tried asking him questions and he would just stare blankly at me as if I was asking something absurd but all I wanted was clarification around what to expect with the procedure I was considering. The appointment felt awkward to say the least. Maybe I caught him at a bad time but I don't need to deal with this kind of treatment from a doctor so I'll find someone else.
There was no wait in the lobby, and very short in the treatment room. Dr. McCallion was courteous and kind, as was the whole office and medical staff. I couldn't ask for a better first experience. Thank you very much!
The review is for the front office staff ( scheduling) not the doctor himself. I have had this problem with them on more than one occasion. Im not sure who they think they are speaking with but the condescending tone is not something I need to deal with. Dr. McCallion is a good doctors it's too bad his front office staff is not. After 2 years I have found someone else ! A word to the wise you don't bite the hand that feeds you ! People call a physician for a reason, they don't need to get an attitude every time they try to schedule an appointment or to be talked back to. You'r working in a profession that requires decorum and patience, humility goes a long way. Apparently I'm not alone in my experience!
Great doctor and staff, been his patient for years Answers my questions, attentive,
I've written a previous review before but had to write another one! I love Dr. McCallion. He's a great doctor and genuinely cares about his patients and puts a lot of effort into finding solutions to the problem. He doesn't try to just rush you out like most doctors do. You wont leave his office without having some kindove solution to the problem. He's definitely a doctor you can trust and I would highly reccomend him. Probably the best doctor I've had in years.
Dr. McCallion is pretty nice and genuine. However, one of the staff members their are extremely rude. Would reccomend going somewhere where you're not talked to so badly by a staff member.
I now have a problem with my ear that I did not have prior to going to see this doctor. I recommend researching other options for ENT within San Diego area.
Bill Nye the science guy was good for absolutely NOTHING 👌
