Dr cook is an exceptional Dr. His bedside manor is unbeatable. He explains things in simple terms so a patient can understand. He will do anything necessary to keep you out of pain.

Great doctor, but extremely unprofessional and dysfunctional staff. Our patient was scheduled and confirmed an apt, but had his apt canceled just an hour before his arrival without a clear explanation. Then we were told to fill out paperwork and wait for an hr for the dr come back just to be told the apt was still canceled. We still don’t understand why they called to confirm the apt the day before, but changed their minds the day of the apt. Don’t make patients come to the clinic for canceled appointments.
