I used to work here about 2 years ago as a receptionist (after 2 months i left)my dad was recommended to go here, So I came to see the reviews and nothing surprises me and nothing has changed;please do not trust your loved ones to be a patient here.the lady that worked besides me named Leticia, was rude and aggressive to alot of our patients, co pays were being collected and pocketed, and patients were not getting the treatment needed.there are many pulmonologists out there with MUCH better staff.

HiI decide to spend some time to write this post to make sure everyone who look for this doctor to read my notes and decide to see him or not , I make appointment and I have to wait months to see him when we meet him he have not even spent five minutes to look to the report before he see my aunt also has a staff very rude and disrespect one day I receive a call to reschedule my anti-test and I told her that we have another appointment same day I don’t want her to change the date . suddenly I receive a message that I have appointment for the day that she told me if you plan to go to this office you have to do Covid test every time even if you have took the vaccine I have the worst customer Service experience neither the doctor half time for you and his staff needs to go for communication skills class and how to behave with the clients. I decide to cancel all the appointments due to the fact that I encounter with this office.

I tried to take in appointment with them and the lady in front desk doesn’t respect just because I miss appointment one time because I was in hospital and I try to take it again she act like terrible. I don’t recommending to go to this clinic if they still has her in front desk. There are many clinics treat people way better than this one.

Highly not recommended We called them before the appointment several times and we lift voice message to make Decision no one answered our calls and addition they were lie about the voice message they deleted them to hide the truth

was shown in immediately. As it was my initial visit, we went through my medical history and current situation quckly and I was advised on a protocol to follow. The office staff was also great!
