This so called doctor wrote in my records I was begging for pain meds (which they already had given me for two years, I had a full bottle) when I was begging them to help me with my real physical illnesses that landed me in the hospital somewhere else. Made me lose my disability case due to the drug seeking behavior accusations. NOT OK

Worst experience I ever had. The staff was extremely mean, not responsive to any of your concern and careless. Overall health clinic should be clean but this place was so disgusting. I was extremely upset and disappointed with this doctor.
