Rommel Navarrete's Online Review Report Card

Dr Navarrete has helped me for many years. He advised me through Graves Disease, cycling meds on and off for years. Then once I decided on treatment, he has continued to see me once a year to check my thyroid levels. Every time I get blood work done through a general practitioner (because of insurance changes mean new doctors), they try to get me to change up my meds. The couple times I listened to other Drs, their advice and meds changes screwed with my health. He explained that people are different and my levels on paper may not be an accurate representation of how my thyroid levels are working... (I am not describing this well). Long story short, I trust him and his advise. I appreciate the time he has taken with me and figuring out what is best for me and my health and well being. He is kind, caring and knowledgeable. I think in this day and age, this is rare and coveted. PLUS, I think his assistant and office help are great! I find comfort in checking in year after year!

Rommel has repeatedly expressed unfounded claims about COVID to my parents while they were seeing him. He seems to think that COVID is "like the flu" when it clearly is not and he even said that my parents got placebos because they had no adverse reactions to their vaccines. He should either read up on the medical facts about COVID and the necessity of vaccines or he should stay the hell away from people who need medical treatment. I've advised my parents to switch to a doctor who knows what they're talking about and doesn't believe in crackpot nonsense and dangerous anti-vax nonsense.

I have been seeing Dr. Navarette for over 5 years and he takes his time to answer all of your questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate.

Appointments are always timely. Dr. Navarrete is attentive and thorough. I have never been rushed through my appointment time. He is professional and friendly and always puts me at ease when discussing medical options. His staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. Stacy is a real pro!

Dr Navarrete is an amazing Dr he takes the time to listen to your concerns and is incredibly through. He has a kind gentle bed side manner and his staff is attentive, efficient and goes above and beyond to help. Can't recommend him enough !

Dr. Navarrete is by far the best endocrinologist I have ever seen. He is thorough, knowledgeable , and kind. He listensened to me and explained my multiple diseases. I have since taken my son and daughter to him . I highly recommend him! He has helped all of us , when 5 other doctors did not!His staff is excellent too! Thank you Dr. Navarrete for everything!

Out of the blue, this guy dropped me after 12 years of being with him . I only found out through my insurance provider that his was no longer my doctor. I think I should have at least been given a phone call from him letting me know. Good doctor shitty front office.Tip: A doctor is only as good as his front office. If they have a bad front office, you have a bad doctor.

Dr. Navvarrete and his staff are such wonderful care providers. He listens to me, and clearly advises me as to where we should go from here regarding any treatment, tests, referrals, etc. I greatly appreciate the fact that when an urgent issue comes up, every effort is made to get me in to see doctor as soon as possible. When I have a general medical question, I leave a message and Dr.'s Nurse calls me back in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Dr. Navarrete for any patient.

Any time I have needed an immediate appointment I have been given one within 24 hours. His office staff is friendly and very helpful and always shows courteous professionalism. They are the front line for how Dr. Navarrette greets his patients in a caring and proactive manner that resolves my medical concerns.
