One of my favorite doctors ever. She always takes the time to talk with me and is very thorough. I wish you could be my primary. But I do see her more than I do any of my other doctors. Highly recommend

Every appointment I’ve ever had here has been running behind schedule, including Telehealth appointments. The office is always totally packed and often times there are people standing. These are patients with walkers, canes, oxygen machines, etc. I have always expected to wait at least an hour past my appointment time to be seen but today was on another level. I had a 10:30 appointment and arrived at 10:15. By 12:00 I had still not been called back into a room and the receptionist told me there were still 3 patients ahead of me, however, the doctor had a meeting at noon and wanted me to wait until 2:30 or see the nurse practitioner. I made this appointment 4 months ago to discuss new medication Dr. Kotha put me on. I didn’t want to speak to someone new about it that wasn’t familiar with my medical history. The first appointments of the day are at 9:30 or even 10 so I don’t know how they could’ve been running so far behind schedule. Multiple people in the waiting area had complained about waiting beyond their scheduled appointment times. Dr Kotha is very nice but being nice is not the same as being respectful of patients time. We are told we will be charged a fee for canceling our appointments within 24hours however the actual appointment time doesn’t really mean anything because they could have you waiting hours beyond that time once you arrive.

my name is Ilka. I have no problem sharing my name because this opportunity to have such an amazing doctor is really an honor to me. She’s been my doctor. I want to say four or five years now. And she has been with me as my body pain or my body issues in my muscular structure and my rheumatoid arthritis as well as my Myalgia and my many other issues that have deemed me disabled has been there as a supportive doctor. And also a proactive doctor. And a caring doctor. And although I can see how busy she is the time she spends with me she cares about what I’m going through. She asks about my life. She is personable , and just the real deal. I am the one that is grateful to have her as my fabulous doctor because body pain that doesn’t make sense like stabbing sensations all over your skull because of pain in the occipital nerves that just seems to have a life of its own , she’s there. With solutions. She cares. There’s so much more I could say, but I’ve seen my share of doctors in my very short life and I feel like my life would be lacking if I didn’t have her as a doctor. Thank you.

Horrible customer service and took 3 months to get an appointment and when i wanted to confirm was given incorrect information and no one wants to answer the phone properly i honestly don’t understand how they operate

My mother is a patient & has been trying to get in touch with Dr Kotha calling the office various days in a row receiving no call back. She is very ill! Only 1 time did she get the answering service. No one answers at the office. Is she still practicing?!

My mother is a patient at Dr. Kotha's office. The office staff is incredibly rude. They get extremely bothered when asked questions. The service the office staff gives is comparable to the DMV or worse. Maybe they have forgotten that they are in the Healthcare field and the purpose is to provide care and support to their patients. Every time I call, I either get no answer or the person who does answer, answers with an annoyed tone and can't wait to hang up the phone. I have received better service at Walmart. I would understand if they were treating my mother for free but my mother's insurance is paying for this horrendous service. We will be looking for another doctor in my mother's Healthcare provider network.

I just want to say BOTH doctors, A & R Kotha are AMAZING! I now see R Kotha regularly, and she listens to everything. Now the front desk staff… they are a different story. Most are interns, so I rarely see the same ones. But they are rude, sometimes do not have the knowledge and will argue with me. They are the reason I took off a star. But honestly the Doctors are the reason I go and again they are amazing. Thank you to both of you!

Very thankful for Dr Kotha and her staff. Autism friendly staff.

Please avoid this place and choose a new Rheumatologist! Staff was very rude and disrespectful.
