I am grateful for the health care.

I was referred there but unfortunately no one was able to return a call. The day I was able to speak to someone about setting up an appointment she said I had to wait 10 days or try to call at the end of the week. Time is of an essence and I understand many patients are going through the process but I gave enough time for a referral to be processed. In your answer machine message you say 5 days, I called more than 5 days later to be safe. Fortunately I was referred somewhere else and given an appointment without waiting 10 days. This review is towards anyone handling referrals and interactions for new patients. Be nice to all patients who are already emotional and stressed.

Dr. Kotha is patient and keenly listens to my explanations of my pain situation and provides viable suggestions towards healing.

so have been coming to see Dr. Akther Kotha for over 15 years. She has taken care of my very need! When i call the staff helps me right away and schedules appt at that time. There are some new faces there at the front desk and they have been so helpful and friendly. I have lupus, arthritis plus osteoporosis and a cancer survivor and Dr. Akther Kotha has been through it with me all the way. She addresses all my issues and then makes sure she tells me to be careful and stay caught up on all my vaccinations. Thank you Dr. Kotha!

This review is not about the doctor. Dr. R. Kotha is amazing! She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to listen to you. I am giving 1 start because of the administrative side of the office. I had an appointment today at 3:30 and when I got there there was no appointment scheduled. Sadly I didn’t bring my appt card cuz it was in a different purse. I lost my time and parking money. Worst part is that this is the second time this happens to me at this office. I was rescheduled for a month from now, but I really need to see the doctor. I will call tomorrow and see if they can give me an earlier appointment showing this proof. I may change my rating depending on what they say. Check twice that they made the appointment!!! Edit: I was able to get an appointment in two weeks. So I changed it to four stars because I really like the doctor. Edit 2: Nvm. I came back here today two weeks. Again, they didn’t have my appointment on file. I changed it back to one star. Coming to this office is a waste of time and money. Not recommended.

This place is bad. They have a very rude lady on the phone, and while i was explaining that i was in pain and I was waiting for them to receive my FAX for more than 1 month. I was explaining that i have been waiting for more than a month and I was in deep pain, I wasn't even done talking and she hung it up without even saying anything. I called 3-4 times and every time i call, they give me a different excuse, and my doctors office said that they sent the fax. But they said they cant check because there are more than 100!

They have really rude lady answering the phone. I called them after the dr. told my mom to called them so they can take care of her situation immediately. I called and as I was explaining the situation she put on hold without telling me so I was talking to myself.

Dr. R. Kotha is very kind and listens to my symptoms. She has been my dr for many years and am very pleased with her care. I would recommend to anyone looking for great care!

DR KHOTA you need to hire new people for front desk!!!they are extremely rude, I've had try to book an appointment with you several times and they say I had to wait 5 days for referral fax from primary doctor it's been 8 days I called back to your office and in a very rude manner the lady just told me wait more days without any reason. If you really care about your reputation please get new people for customer service.

The front desk is just the worst I’ve ever seen, they are loud, they talk and interrupt me and not hearing what I say, they don’t care about urgent cases , I called to make an appointment with the doctor as I have referral from my doctor and they refused to give me the appointment until they review the case and they asked me to wait 3-5 days. After 8 days I called again and they said the same thing that I should wait another 5 days . Later they said in a loud and impolite tone she said 5 times don’t call again until you get the lab results , they are so bad and nasty without any mercy or passion toward patients that are suffering for 76 days with pain ! I never recommend this horrible place
