IF YOU DONT HAVE SPARE TIME DON'T COME HERE!!! I called at 1pm about wait time & was told it would be a 90 min wait & was highlyadvised to make an appointment at 2:00 p.m. to avoid the wait since I will be a "priority" over any other walkins. I arrived at the facility at 1:45 and was informed at check in that it will be a 45 minute wait. As you can imagine to my surprise I asked what's the point of an appointment and they said I would be a high priority over any other walkins. As I sit & watch people come and go...At 3:00 p.m. I walk up to ask how much longer and they tell me another 30 minutes. Would never return here again.
Came to get the first dose of moderna, was quite nervous and hesitant about getting it. Michelle F helped put those nerves aside and also has a super light hand, the vaccine did not hurt at all! Thank you for the first dose I'll be back for the second! Great place over all and not too long of a wait to be seen. Recommend to anyone looking to get vaccinated.
Went to get checked for a sickness a couple months back, wasn't sure what I had. Turns out I still have no clue what I had at the time because they ran some tests and said they would call me with the results, the next day they called and asked how I was doing, then said they would call in the next few days with test results. They never called, and I even called and left voicemails multiple times, they never picked up nor responded. I called another Marque location and they answered, but couldn't give me the info I needed, as it was only in the database at this location. Still had to pay a ridiculous amount for absolutely nothing as well, so that's also great!! I would recommend finding another urgent care to go to, to save time and possibly money.
I have been sick for a few days (1week) and after 3 days of being sick, I decided to go to Urgent Care. Apart from waiting 4 hours to see a doctor, the assistant that first saw me, asked what was wrong so I told him that I was feeling like a flu, but the night before my ear was closed/clogged and then I knew that it must be a bacteria because that’s what usually happens. So he checked my ear and said that the doctor was going to see me, but definitely there were some “stuffs” in my ear. And I was like: stuffs???He was: yeah, I cant be for sure. Then the doctor came, she checked to see if it was Covid, which wasn’t of course and she prescribed me Amoxicillin 150mg. Is that a joke? Even my 2 years old daughter got a stronger medicine (400mg) than this dosage I got.I’ve been taking that freaking pill for 4 days now and I am getting worse!I thought paying freaking insurance and the doctor was to help me to get better, but not this doctor apparently.Don’t recommend this place.
Good doctors but prepare for a terribly long wait. Even if you have an appointment. Also note that they weight walk-ins equally to your booked appointment, might as well have just walked in because appointments don’t take precedence or seem to offer any advantage whatsoever. The front desk staff isn’t exactly friendly or especially helpful. Expect to sit here for at least an hour and a half regardless of whether you have an appointment. Expect the staff to sigh in annoyance if after an hour you ask if they have a sense of how much longer it might be. Eventually, you’ll be moved to a room where you may wait another 20-30 mins to actually be seen. Oh and this place was provided on a list by Sharp as one of their “state of the art” San Diego facilities. It’s just a regular dated-seeming clinic with stained carpets.Setting that aside, the actual nurse staff was helpful, the doctors were knowledgeable, nice, empathetic, and diagnosed my issue very quickly (once I was finally in) with confidence, which was a relief. They provided me with good information and suggestions efficiently. Of course after they left the room I sat for another 20 minutes before a nurse brought in my discharge paperwork and said I could go.TLDR: Doctors here are great. Desk staff not so great. Wait is way too long (1.5 hrs both times) and appointments don’t mean anything, you might as well just walk in.
My follow up was scheduled for 3pm. I didn't get in until 3:45. I actually waited the same as everyone else. Don't go here unless your almost dead

If you want to wait 2 hours for a quick response from a doctor that you can look up on the internet in 5 minutes than this place is great

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
