I have been a patient of Spinezone since July of 2020 in their Escondido facility which has now been relocated to Rancho Bernardo. The first year I was a patient with Benito, Pashall and Sophia. All 3 were very professional and knowledgeable but Sophia took special interest in my pain. After the year was over I continued with their maintenance program to make sure my issues did not return. Sophia has since transferred to the La Mesa facility but I still keep in touch to let her know about my issues. Sophia will always be a friend as she has made my life go on without pain!

Spine Zone was perfect for my back ailment. Following their program, my pain went to zero and they provided an excellent maintenance program as well. From the start, they have expert professionals who tailor a program designed to your unique needs and they track your progress with each visit, adjusting exercises as appropriate. In addition, if you are comfortable with online supplemental coaching, Spine Zone offers an optional online website account for you, with videos of your assigned exercises that you can do at home and helpful articles to boost your knowledge about your back needs. The Spine Zone gym itself has state-of-the-art equipment that targets problem spots and builds relief in a safe and pain-free manner. I wish there were Spine Zone offices throughout California so my friends could try it, too. My elderly 89+ Mother has also been going here, says it helps her back pain, and she looks forward to every visit. Thanks, Spine Zone.

I was referred to SpineZone through Scripps.  I had pinched a nerve and my left arm would go numb with certain postures like hands on hips, or sometimes typing at my computer. Often it was often very painful.  SpineZone's recommended stretches and exercises helped correct my posture and strengthened muscle groups which have completely eliminated the pain and numbness.  The staff was always courteous and answered all of my questions.  I definitely recommend them for spine and back issues.

Janny Concha is THE BEST. She is knowledgeable, competent, reliable, and she has a great personality. I became so fond of her during my therapy sessions, that having just completed the program, I miss seeing her already. Her therapy literally eliminated the pain in my back, which turned my life around. My gratitude is infinite.

After several months of twice a week sessions on weighs, I realized this program was lacking in a comprehensive program. So, I switched to a trainer at the gym. I learned more about caring for my back as well as was given a program of exercises to do on my own at the gym and as well as at home.I don't understand how come Spinezone doesn't have the same try of program. It felt like Spinezone was more concerned about collecting $$ from my insurance company rather than providing a quality, thorough, comprehensive program that my trainer at the gym provided for me.

Get acupuncture as well as going to spine zone and you will be healed in no time!
