Wish I could give no stars DO NOT COME HERE! u can never get ahold of anyone rude people that don’t know what’s going on. ALWAYS GETTING THE RUN AROUND that’s if you actually even get through to a person. Waited months for my Ob appointment just for lady to lie and say she told me where. When that was not the case. They dropped the ball and put referral in late absolutely worst doctors office
Dr. Gurtch and Dr. Brenda zamora. Wonderful staff here and lots of love and attention from drs. Get in quit and also come in asap for your needs. Thank you. Please see Dr. For any health concern
This office always fails me. There is a complete lack of ORGANIZATION and PROFESSIONALISM. If you call within office hours, half the time you get their answering service which doesn't allow you to leave a message. If you're lucky enough to get an answer, they will likely put you on hold then hang up on you. I've been trying to get routine lab testing done for the last month and have been unable to because every time I go to Quest for my appointment, they inform me that THIS DOCTOR's OFFICE has failed to do their part of sending my paperwork through. I've called them and they have assured me multiple times that the problem has been fixed. Yet, here I am sitting in the Quest office waiting for this doctors office to fax over my order that was supposed to be sent weeks ago.
Dr. Gurtch is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring doctor! His staff is so nice all the time and they really care and worry about you! It's like having another family! I would recommend him anytime! He also has a pain specialist in his office, we call him Dr. K. who is equally good. The office manager, Donna, always looks out for you!
... the Website is saying "treating people, not patients"... well... the office is open 9-5, with 2 hours lunch, during which nobody answers, no answering service, just an "emergency answering line', which no-one in answering, and no option to leave a voicemail... btw, I called at 3pm, 3:15, 3:30, 3:45, and so on, until 5pm, - nobody answer the phone...HORRIBLE service! SHAME on you, Doctor!!(my mom, 80 yo, was sick with Covid; your office responded in 24 hour only; then prescription was sent to the pharmacy, with no instruction ASAP, so she had her medication delivered only in 2 days... what kind of practice you are running??)

What an incredible doctor and staff! Dr Gurtch was very thorough and cared about my responses. He took his time and did not rush. His staff was kind and responded to all my phone calls quickly. I highly suggest using him. He is extremely knowledgeable
Every interaction with this office has been negative. I don’t have anything to say about the doctors because we have never made it past scheduling but the front office staff is absolutely horrendous. Weeks ago I called to make an appointment for my boyfriend. They took down his insurance information and said that they would call to schedule once they verified his insurance. After weeks of failed attempts to reach their office, he finally got a hold of someone and they scheduled him an appointment. Well, day of the appointment came and they leave a message letting him know that he scheduled with the wrong doctor. First of all, I thought the whole point of you taking down his information ahead of time was to verify the insurance. Second, if you actually verified the insurance, you would know which doctor to schedule him with. Lastly, when they realized their mistake, they completely gaslit him and acted like it was his fault. He had to physically go into the clinic to get the issue resolved because it’s impossible to get through to their phones. The front office person was very rude and condescending and wouldn’t even let him speak. The appropriate response to this situation would be to take accountability for your mistake and see how you can work together with the patient to resolve the issue. Instead, she was rude and aggressive, refused to cooperate, and eventually locked him out of the clinic. Coming from someone who has been in the medical field for 6 years, this type of behavior is completely unacceptable. Needless to say, a grievance has been filed with the insurance company and we have switched doctors. Please stay as far away from this office as possible.
My bet is “Dr.” Gurtch received his medical degree from Hasbro School of Medicine and closely studied how medicine was practiced in 1940’s Germany. He has earned his 1 1/2⭐️ average. How he’s still allegedly practicing medicine is a mystery. There was no question I had a UTI. Unfortunately, they lost my first urine specimen and I had to go the next day to provide another. He wouldn’t prescribe anything until after the labs came back to ensure correct treatment. Conscientious & responsible as that sounds, it’s less common. Because an untreated UTI can damage kidneys, turn into nephritis, etc., often antibiotics are prescribed immediately & adjusted if lab results indicate the need. I explained I was going out of town the following day & asked for an exception. They said no. Two days later (when the culture is complete), I still hadn’t heard anything. I was was going into a weekend with a progressing UTI which is precisely what I’d told the office staff I feared. On Friday @ 10:00, I called and got the answering service so I left a message. That afternoon, I still had no word from Dr. Gurtch and concern was mounting. I called back and, again, got the answering service. When asked if he’d left for the day, they were vague. I stated I was going to urgent care and would NOT be paying for two sets of labs. My UTI had now gone untreated for over a week. At urgent care, I was given a prescription on the spot. Not one of my calls to Gurtch was returned. When I returned from out of town, the office had filled a prescription for antibiotics and mailed them to my home which was bizarre in many levels. I’m speechless. Low on BP pills, my husband called our pharmacy for a refill. Needing an authorization, they faxed Tim Gurtch’s twice without getting a response. He is now two days away from being out of medication completely and the pharmacy is still waiting for an authorization. The photo of Gurtch accompanying his online stats is posted voluntarily, no doubt. His cold, pained expression is evidence he, himself, may be suffering from a neglected infection. It’s a distinct possibility his office has been permanently shut down in the time it’s taken to write this review and my time here wasted. On the off chance he still has his license, I’d be remorse if didn’t add my (negative) experience to the several others here. I see one patient has possibly allowed a toddler to play with her computer or perhaps a pet has walked across the keyboard since she posted 5⭐️s. *UPDATED INTERACTION: my husband, living dangerously, still has Dr. Gurtch as his GP. The ever professional staff recently sent my husband a bill which was odd since he hasn’t been to the doctor for quite a while, we have insurance & part or bills. Turns out it’s an 18 month old bill they weren’t quite sure for what services he was being charged. Seriously?!
Good doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
