I had a botched lipo surgery and searched for a provider that could help. Prime Plastics Surgery did not disappoint! Dr. Chao always took the time to explain how everything would go…no matter how many times I asked. He made me feel safe and his staff have gone above and beyond to provide an atmosphere of comfort during the stresses of surgery. I walked in scared and defeated due to the previous surgery, however, I am now very much pleased with the outcome. Thank you Prime Plastic Surgery!!

After my pregnancy I’ve been wanting to get my body back in shape to pre Pregnancy weight, I was amazed with how patient and knowledgeable Aaron is about the services and on top of that he’s the sweetest !I definitely recommend this this place !!!

Aaron was sooo helpful and makes scheduling so fun and simple! I’ve been coming here for a while and my favorite nurses Samantha and Kristine are so patient and kind! Very lovely place and taking my mom as a birthday gift.to her<3

I had the pleasure of having my breast augmentation by dr.pousti I had to go back 2 years later for another consult I had the pleasure of meeting. The dr that took over for dr. Pousti let me just say I will never go anywhere else for anything they made me feel confident and we discussed exactly wheat needed to be done as I was leaving I met with their estician im sure she much more then that but one look at her and I wanted her services lol walked in for 1 thing and left excited for what more I could do lol they have all areas covered. I’m super impressed with the caring professionalism from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I can’t wait to go back and get started.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Deformed and asymmetrical implant surgery. Dr. Pousti and the staff are more concern about patients leaving a "good review" than doing a caring job. After he denied several times the implant was just all wrong, he accepted guilt and offered to fix the BAD implants but at the patients cost, really? Don't fall for the marketing trick and READ the paperwork before you accept any surgery. The service is so BAD that the day of the surgery he arrived late and didn't look good or ready for such an important day in a patients life. Your body is your temple, so be careful and best of all, do your research, there are better options elsewhere like in Eastlake. Save money and STAY AWAY from Dr. Pousti.

I cant say enough honestly!!! I have been in the medical for 20 years as a ultrasound tech and we work very close with physicians. Dr. Pousti and team are a class act!!! I have lost over 95 pounds and I am in need of multiple procedures. I have consulted with doctors in Beverly Hills to Arizona not only were their prices through the roof but the one doctor didnt want to remove the hanging skin from my arm ughhh what why its gross!!! And the other doctor was explaining I was going to be under anesthesia for 9 to 10 hours ..NOPE I'm not gonna risk that, way to dangerous. Dr Pousti has your best interests in mind but most of all he made me feel so comfortable literally !!! Dr Pousti will even come to your house to check on you ..REALlY ?? Yes really ..My boyfriend and I were so impressed, the consult was around 2 hours I even got to speak with a patient that was post OP one year and another one that was post op 6 days !!You never felt like they were rushing you. I JUST CANT SAY ENOUGH !! I will be booking my surgeries with the first one in April 2020 so stay tuned!!❤ Cheryl from San Diego

Went in for a consultation for a mommy makeover and bot only was Dr. Pousti friendly, understanding and very knowledgeable but so was the rest of his team. They were answering my questions before I could even ask them- mind you I had 4 pages of questions. I have one more consult and decision making time will start.

The staff was very welcoming as well as accommodating (we brought our two very young daughters to the consultation). I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. Dr. Pousti made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, and it’s clear that I can trust him with my future procedure.
