When I first started seeing him he was wonderful, would listen, and look at you. Now he is on his laptop the whole visit and doesn't seem to care as he once did. Could be he's overworked. I did like him... however, his nurse is very slow , does not get referrals in on time, and seems forgetful. I had to call several times to get a referral done... to remind her it seemed, that has taken the whole month to do so.... all in all, I have been going to see Dr. Lum and Chabouni for many many years. It is time for a change.

misdiagnosed a medical condition. Failure to do further testing such as blood test and CT scans led to delays in obtaining the correct diagnoses and treatment which was life threatening. Also fail to provide treatment on a related condition which would have reduce the severity of the condition.

He listens and was willing to help me with my pain and discomfort instead of just referring me to yhe specialist. I was very impressed with him. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a good dr.
