Fantastic surgeon. Fixed my finger, no one else could have done better.

My visit was a ripoff because all the doctor said was that my hand is overused. That was after interviewing me. He said I need to rest my hand every so often. I did not need to see a doctor for that. The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional—-they even stopped the X-ray until I gave my credit card. I called to ask for my Xrays and the lady said a manager will have to call me. I never got the call. I called again and spoke with the manager and she wants $25 for my xray.

I had my appointment last Wednesday it was @11:30 but I showed up @10:30am did the little bit of paperwork that they wanted. Then proceeded to sit in waiting room for 4 1/2 Hours. One guy that showed up before me his appt. was @ 10:30 asked the lady up front when he was going to be seen sense it was after 1pm? All they could say was soon. 20 minutes later he got up and said I'm waiting no longer and left. There I sat until 3pm they called in a lady that showed up way after I did and brought her in before me and I said wait a minute I've been sitting here for hours I'm before her they said Oh your next were getting the room ready. Finally I get called back waited another 25 min. Cause he was seeing the other lady that came in after me. So rude and unprofessional, He finally came in asked me a couple of questions, then he said he had to go back to another patient that went to use the bathroom. I was fuming by then. Waited another 20 mins. When he finally came back in he was asking me some medical questions that had nothing to do with my injury! Plus every time I answered him he walked out the door to tell his MA that I was Denying my medical background all that information is in my file. Because I have been going to the Health Point in Temecula for months for treatment all my records are on file. He walked back in after saying this right outside the door everyone could hear it. I thought they are suppose to follow HIPPA rules! I guess not there. When he walked back in I said I'm Not Denying nothing everything is in my records. He did not have much to say, What did he think that I could not hear him right outside the door. IDIOT!!! So Unprofessional !! He did not want to hear anything I had to say, They didn't have my MRI results which are in my file. He Prescribed braces for my hands and and thing for my Elbow, And Muscle relaxers. Oh by the way it's only my right arm that's injured. Why would you treat my left hand when I have no issues with it. I'll tell you why he didn't care to listen or care about my wait or anyone else for that matter. A Big Waste Of My Time!!!!!!!!!

The level of incompetence is staggering! I waited for two hours beyond my appointment time with barely an apology. All of my paper and x-Rays clearly indicated I had a fractured finger but he proceeded to ask me to bend my finger. I asked him if I had any restrictions as far work goes he told me no and "I can't refracture a non-fractured finger" at which point I looked at him like, WHAT THE HECK. I then had to show him the break on my finger from the x-Ray. He said, "oh ya your probably shouldn't bend it" and scrambled to find me a brace. Unbelievable to think someone could care so little and know even less. I don't know what he had on his mind today but the way he made me feel was borderline violated. If there was ever a doctor who needed to work on their bedside skills and go back to school it's Dr Weir. God help anyone who actually let Dr Weir operate on them.
