Spoke to a woman over the phone by the name of Angelica. I asked if I could schedule an appointment for my daughter. She stated that I owed $75 dollars from a previous bill, which I paid already. When she realized I already paid that balance she became extremely rude to me over the phone and cut me off as I was still talking and told me with an attitude "do you want to schedule an appointment or what"! I am extremely disgusted with this type of Customer service. It amazes me that these people feel that they can get away with treating others this way. I will never go here again.

I searched for a doctor who would actually look at me and listen while I talk to them. I also wanted a DO because my previous doctor retired. It is hard to go thru several doctors until you find one you click with. I finally found him ...he is Dr. Chahbouni. I recommend him highly. I give him 5 plus stars. Ester is a gem also.

Always thorough and usually not much of a wait. I would suggest calling ahead of time to see if they're busy or not first. If it's busy, expect to wait a while, if not too busy or at all, it's quick, and, you're not rushed, busy or not. A+ for an urgent care

Came for my annual physical, told MA I was fasting and need a ppd Test. Another person comes in takes my blood pressure and it’s 157/90 a bit high so she said I’ll come back and take it again. She never came back. So now Stephanie the MA comes and tells me to wait outside for my mammogram referral, and wants to know if I am fasting, yes IAm so now it’s three times they were told I am fasting !! Geez so I ask to use the restroom at this point you would think she would give me an urine cup right no didn’t happen. She shows me to restroom and then I wait outside like she told me. Stephanie now comes and gives me my paper work and says I am to go to a lab. No I am fasting I told you that can you just draw here? Oh she says then I’ll need a urine sample. Are you kidding me right now? What? Ughghghg been here over an hour finally I get up and ask for the lab order and I’ll go somewhere else. Just wondering how much higher my blood pressure is now that I’m upset and frustrated.
