Dr. McGuire is simply the best. He has been my father's GI doctor for many years, and is now mine. Dr. McGuire is extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring. You will be in the best hands when you choose him as your GI.

I had a colonoscopy perform by Dr. McGuire in 2019. During that procedure my colon was ruptured. I suffered unimaginable pain for the next two years. I had to undergo three hospitalizations . I found my miracle doctor who found the problem and surgically repaired the problem, a rupture to my colon. I asked McGuire numerous times to review the last colonoscopy he performed on me. He did not. I suffered needless pain . I dare him to challenge my claims. Maybe then I can get my medical records.

Dr. McGuire is a very good explaining procedures, professional, knowledgeable . I have gone to him several times before my surgery and went to him after my surgery. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. McGuire has performed endoscopes and colonoscopies on each (four) family members. He treated my late husband and eldest son for colon cancer. In my son's case, he referred him to City of Hope. Dr. McGuire is that rare combination of excellent professional and warm, caring human being. It would be impossible to say anything negative to say about him. He has my thanks and neverending gratitude for his professionalism and humanity. Dr. McGuire is in a class by himself.

Dr. McGuire has performed endoscopies and colonoscopies on all four of us. He, unfortunately, discovered colon cancer in my late husband and eldest son. He was instrumental in the treatment of my husband and referred my son to the City of Hope. His professionalism is excellent as are his skills. In addition, he genuinely cares about his patients. There is nothing impersonal about his care. I do not say lightly that I trust him with my life. No, he doesn't walk on water. Among all the physicians I've been exposed to he is what I would call the best. How many doctors take time out of their schedule to attend a Celebration of Life Service for a 32 year old patient who lost his battle with colon cancer?
